I've driven by The Glass Knife many times, and always wanted to stop, but I've never had the time. However, today I did. I expected something upscale, I guess because of the name and location, but to my surprise, it was just a charming, little, casual cafe. And before I forget to mention it, they love dogs! I asked the manager what the most popular sandwich was and he recommended the chicken salad sandwich or the BLT, but I decided to go with the pimento cheese, and it was very good, probably the best I've had, and that includes the delicious crispy croissant that comes with it. Soooooooo good! I also had the potato hash. If I liked spicy, I would've loved it, so I'm not complaining...but it's got some kick. For dessert, I had the Salted Caramel Brownie (I think) which I thought was more like a chocolate mousse with caramel, and it was very yummy, too! All of their desserts look absolutely amazing! So, the food is wonderful, and the staff and service are unsurpassed. I really enjoyed my lunch and I'm looking forward to going back again soon!

I came here for a cup of coffee and I had this on my to try list and what a treat! I unfortunately did not try the desserts although everyone of them looked like a work of art! $12 for a small one, so it must be delicious! They are all beautifully crafted and you can tell they take a lot of time and pride in their products. My cappuccino was delicious! The staff there is incredibly friendly and has a very welcoming vibe. It’s unsuspecting inside, because what I thought would be a super upscale bakery, turned out to be a well crafted and comfortable hang out for coffee and a bite. They have cute novelty coffee cups and other little things. I would highly recommend this place even if for a cup of coffee. I look forward to coming back to try a delectable dessert!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Glass Knife, a charming coffee shop nestled in Winter Park, Orlando/FL. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly their Berry and Cream mini. This delectable treat was a burst of flavors, with the sweetness of the berries perfectly complementing the creamy filling. The mini size was just right for a guilt-free indulgence, allowing me to savor every bite without feeling overly stuffed. Another standout option at The Glass Knife was their Pimento cheese croissant. This unique twist on a classic pastry left me craving more. The flaky croissant paired flawlessly with the savory pimento cheese filling, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes that I simply couldn't resist. What sets The Glass Knife apart is not only their exceptional pastries but also their commitment to quality and attention to detail. Each item is crafted with precision and artistry, resulting in a visually stunning display that is as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the palate. The staff at The Glass Knife were friendly and knowledgeable. Their passion for their craft was evident in every interaction, adding an extra layer of warmth to my overall experience. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply someone looking for a delightful culinary adventure, The Glass Knife is an absolute must-visit. With their Berry and Cream mini and Pimento cheese croissant as standout options, you're guaranteed an unforgettable gastronomic journey that will leave you craving more.

We went here on a Tuesday night for a book club as many of us had never been and been wanting to. Lot of open tables at the time we went so we had no issues finding a spot to sit. Cute little shopping area right when you walk in. Not sure how it normally looks, but right now it’s filled with Christmas stuff. Several dessert options & they do have a normal menu, but not extensive (which was to be expected for us). I do believe the food is way overpriced for what you get. We spent about $42 on 2 sandwiches and a dessert. For myself, I’ll only be back for the dessert, so that’s what I’d recommend. Cute though!

I’m in the area quite a bit on business. Today business took me there for a cup of coffee with a client. While coffee was the main event, it didn’t mean I didn’t get the opportunity to get a feel for the place. Set in the heart of Winter Park, the Glass Knife certainly has a lot of competition but I felt like they did a pretty good job of rising to the occasion. Not sure of how crowded they are in the early morning hours but they were doing pretty brisk business at 10. The server came by our table a few times with orders for other tables and the food looked wonderful (note to try something next time). The coffee was good and strong, and surprisingly not overpriced!! The service was fine, meaning the server came by to check on coffee levels but was not omnipresent (always nice). I’m putting The Glass Knife on my list of business breakfast experiences to work on next time I’m up that way on business.

The place looks ultra bougie and chic even from outside. We chose outdoor seating since it was pleasant. Pastries tasted great; the chocolate flavored one was indulgent and we loved it. Honestly you get more options if you go a bit early. We were there shortly before closing time so they were out of their bestsellers. But everything from the coffee to desserts tasted great. Brownie points for the ambience too!

The Glass Knife is such a nice spot! I love it, & their pastries/food/coffee stands up to the reviews. Today we had the grill cheese and tomato soup & let me tell you that tomato soup was probably the best I’ve had. The zebra cake and apple fritter were very good! The quality is amazing. I also had their Iced Lavender Latte which was great as well. A must try spot! 🤌🏼

My favorite breakfast place in Orlando. The avocado toast is the best I've ever had. I refuse to try anything else. Their homemade jam and the pickled onions really make it stand out. Reasonably priced mimosas and Riley, our server, is the best. I've had her multiple times, she's very good at her job and always a pleasure. Also the homemade donuts are always different and always delicious. Can't recommend this place enough.

First visit to this delicious spot and will definitely be back! Riley provided A++ service and explained the menu items with perfection. Enjoyed a bananas foster cold foam and the egg soufflé biscuit with potato hash and fresh fruit. Will be back to try something out of their dessert case as everything looked expertly crafted and delicious!

Such great desserts! My favorite has to be the red velvet cake. I tried the blueberry lemon cake and it was really good as well. The slices are pretty big so you can either share them or save some for later. Their coffees are really good as well. The employees are always friendly. The ambiance is nice whether you’re going with friends or on a date.
