This was my first time going to Ruth’s Chris and it was an amazing experience. We went for our 6 year anniversary so when we got to our table, we had rose petals on it. It was so nice and pretty!
The customer service was A1. The server learns the name of the other person with you and calls you by your names as well. Many servers, managers, etc.., said Happy Anniversary to us and started up conversations that didn’t feel forced and weren’t awkward at all.
The food was excellent and so tasty. I had the Steak & Lobster, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned! My partner had the Salmon and Shrimp, which they really enjoyed!
Overall, the atmosphere, servers and food were amazing and we will definitely come back for other milestones!
This location is the gold standard for Ruth’s Chris. I recently had a bad experience at a different location and gave this one a try and they outdid themselves. The staff was so friendly, our server checked on us a lot and a manager came by to make sure we were enjoying everything. 10/10 service. Even the valet guys were so kind and welcoming. The food was amazing, starting with the goat cheese artichoke dip. For entrees the New York strip and cowboy ribeye left us speechless. They were so tender and flavorful. And for sides we had the potatoes au gratin and creamed spinach. I am so happy I gave this location a chance, they know what they are doing here and I will be sure to come back!
Fantastic steak!! Great service. All of our steaks were cooked to perfection with super hot plates. Everything so delicious and rich with flavor. They have a pre fix chef’s special menu which is similar to magical dining. Definitely worth all the buzz.

We came here for my husbands birthday as we’ve been talking about the new location for a while and figured now was as good a time as any. The service & food was phenomenal! Nick was our server and we couldn’t recommend him more. He was attentive and had an overall fun vibe. The only thing we thought could’ve been improved on is the moodiness of the restaurant. And by that I mean, when we walk into a steakhouse, we think dark and moody. It was very light, almost too light, and had more of an airy/earthy setting. Not what we expected, but also not something that would cause us not to come back. Parking was tough, but with that plaza going through construction and getting more popular places that’s to be expected. Nice that they have the valet option, but we didn’t end up needing it. I got the filet with the truffle crust. My husband got the lamb. And we shared a Caesar salad and the Au gratin potatoes, along with a complimentary bread pudding which was totally unexpected! They also decorated the table with some birthday confetti which was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Everything was First Class fit for Kings and Queens. Never had to wait for.follow up requests. We were made to feel like VIP Guests.
Dining at it's Finest. We had a great Head Server and several assistant servers to be there to assist us at all times.
This place is great to host your vip special guest or your romantic partner you will be so pleased with this fine dining restaurant. It must be highly rated amongst the upper highest echelon of fine dining.. This is indeed a 10 star 🌟 and above experience service and food..
I will certainly be returning soon. I appreciated the free valet parking. Just remember to RSVP quickly if you have a tight schedule so you can guarantee your seating and accommodation.

They never disappoint! It was my husband's Birthday celebration. We chose to sit at the bar for a more casual setting. Drinks were amazing and the food was just spectacular! I had the Sea Bass (which I highly recommend) and my husband had the Ribeye (cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth). For dessert he had his absolute favorite - Bread Pudding! Absolutely phenomenal!

We've never been to a Ruth Chris before so we decided to go for our anniversary. As everyone knows, Ruth Chris is very expensive so our expectations were high. The restaurant & decor is very nice and all of the service workers (hostess, busser's, & server) we're very nice & attentive. The crab cakes, salad, & lobster tail were delicious. The steaks we're cooked perfectly, however they brought out our steaks without our lobster tail & shrimp. The presentation/plating is seriously lacking. When you pay $77 for a steak & lobster, don't bring the lobster out 10 min after the steak and make the plate pretty. My husband ordered the steak & shrimp & was very disappointed in the two tiny shrimp that we're brought out. If you're only going to include two shrimp, they should be jumbo size or there should be more than two. The garlic mashed potatoes were bland & boring. No garlic & no flavor. They did give us a free Creme Brule since it was our anniversary & I have to say, it's the best Creme Brule I've ever had. Overall we enjoyed it, but they definitely need to work on their plating/presentation, add some seasoning to their sides, serve larger shrimp or include more than two, and bring the entire meal out together! If we are paying $300 for a meal, it should be perfection.

We have never been here before or heard much about it other than it’s really good food. Saved this for graduation dinner. We were blown away!!

Taylor made sure our experience was top notch! She was very attentive to everything which is such a delight.
We expect nothing but the best and the best we got. Ahi Tuna for appetizer, Lobster Bisque Soup, Tomahawk seasoned to perfection, my husband got the sea bass which melts in your mouth softness. As always I’m simple, I love their Lobster Mac & Cheese so make sure to add that to your sides. My son had a memorable birthday dinner so kudos to the whole staff especially the Chef!
Did magical dining and it was really good. Steak was perfectly cooked and everything came out at a reasonable time.
The new location is very spacious, and well decorated. Even though the place was full the set up made it feel like an intimate dinner. The ribeye was great and came out perfectly medium rare. The spinach side was also very good as was the lobster tail. The lobster Mac and cheese was good but not great. The service was phenomenal and the staff did make it a special night.
Had an awesome time! Me and my daughter went out for her birthday dinner, Andrew was our server and he did his best to make sure our food was perfect, he definitely went above and beyond! We definitely be returning!!

The new updated design is fantastic. The exterior red and black with the classic origional location from NOLA feeling. The interior modern elegance and the top service of all staff really makes this location great. The food temperature and taste were spot on. We loved everything we ate. My Husband setup reservations for our 15th Wedding Anniversary & let me tell you for our first time, the experience was Amazing! Everyone was so nice and treated us no different than anyone else. We was waited on hand and feet! Every one made sure everything was to your expectations! Food was good! We will be back to visit and can’t wait for the new location to open. I can tell it’s going to be nice.
