Sakari sushi!! One of the best spots in the area. We shared many of the smaller dishes and sushi. The chef was very skilled and also knew how to entertain us while he was cooking. The photo of the food speaks by itself.

The chef plays with your food. You might get something different with your sashimi. Take your time and savor the fish. Fish is exceedingly fresh.
They served us some mango kiwi relish, and it was divine.
If they have the blue fin, have some, and the scallop sashimi melts in your mouth.

It was perfect. The sushi was the most fresh tasting sushi Iāve ever had. THE best sushi Iāve had in Orlando/ winter park. Every roll is so flavorful!
