Ab is the bestest sushi chef he also makes sure my food is fresh and so freaking tasty. Trisha is the best server super sweet. I am super annoy but she had the most patience with us. I love this place I come about twice a week. If you love sushi this is the place to be. I had to take a picture of my order.

Phenomenal. Fresh ingredients. Every bite focuses on the mouth feel and all the flavors playing along with each other. The sushi has different flavor profiles that all take a turn per bite. The head chef is personable and offers recommendations. The rolls are creative and fun. If you’re looking for sushi and like true to heart sushi. Try this place.

Fuji bomb was the BOMB! So delicious. SP tuna roll is good but too heavy on sauce. Atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Great service.

This place is wonderful. Best sushi and such a large variety of choices. Chef AB takes great pride in his sushi and also its presentation. Absolutely amazing. My favorites are the Scarlet Roll and Aqua Bear Roll.

Our server Chris was very nice and warned us beforehand that there would be a bit of a wait since the kitchen was behind. Despite the wait, the food was absolutely delicious and worth the wait. The Honolulu roll is great if you love mango. Also, the inside of the restaurant is pretty cozy!

This place is really good. My first time visiting. I was impressed by the sitting options. You can eat Japanese style by sitting cross legged on the flat ground. Super cool. I will probably try it next time. The service was friendly and quick and the prices are pretty fair. The food was delicious. The parking lot is a little tight.

AMAZING! Wanted to try Nigiri for the first time. Asked server for suggestions. She nailed it! Sea Urchin, Salmon Roe and Hokkaido Scallops, with a Beauty and the Beast roll. Server was so helpful and the food was delicious. Going to be back!

I love the options you have in this restaurant. You can get specific plates, cheap buffet, mid grade and high grade buffet. The food was super tasty and really detailed. The menu is really large and food comes out really fast. My one concern was that the fish on top of one of my rolls (image included) was a little fishier than I’d like it to be. Outside of that large plates, great service, huge set of options to pick from and a great concept overall. Will visit next time I’m in Orlando.

Visited for the first time and I was very impressed. Service, atmosphere, and food were all great. I can see why other reviewers have said this place is a hidden gem. My husband and I shared a plate of 2011 Roll that was beautifully plated and delicious along with two individual entrees. Even if someone is not into sushi, this restaurant offers so much more. Also, raw dishes are noted on the menu for those who are not too fond of raw fish (yours truly included).

Chef AB made me a custom vegan sushi roll that was delicious. I just stated that I was vegan, he asked me a few questions and boom, 5 star sushi roll. I’d recommend Fuji Sushi to anyone.

Fuji Sushi is a very quiet, quaint establishment that is hidden in plain sight. From the moment you walk in the door you are inundated with authentic Japanese vibes with delicious aromas to match. They offer a variety of soups, salads, sashimi, tempura and other non traditional meals such as steaks and chicken, but are most famous for the incredible selection of sushi. With over 3 full pages of rolls to choose from, there is definitely something for everyone. The staff is very helpful and eager to please and the pricing is standard for most things but they do have a few rolls that are "bargain" priced. The overall dining experience was amazing and the food preparation was A1 as well. Out of the 4 rolls and three sides that were tried everything was amazing. If you have a little extra time to just relax and enjoy a wonderful meal this is definitely a place to check out.

Wow, so I’ve been coming here for YEARS! And I’m so ECSTATIC there’s a new owner! Every time I come here my experience is better than the last, the food is always fresh and quality is just beyond amazing! I’m so thankful they condensed their oversized “Cheesecake Factory of sushi” menu of items bc it was so overwhelming. Prior I always felt the servers were overwhelmed with that crazy menu, now the service is above par and I think it has everything to do with the new changes! The new menu looks so clean and fresh offering wonderful items! Oh and I’m so thankful they got rid of the dirty linen and got disposable napkins!

Been coming here since 1998 and it still is the best sushi I have had in the Continental United States. If you are a true local, you know this is the joint. AB is the most talented sushi chef in the area. An absolute must. Make the drive to Lee Rd and check out this place. It’s worth it. And it’s not ridiculously overpriced.

The food was great as always. Biggest complaint was the wait time for the food. The tables next to us, that came in after, we’re getting their food before us. I feel like our server might have forgot to put our order in. Decent priced items

It was a great surprise trying this place out. The sushi was pretty amazing and the sever was fantastic, she knew every detail on that menu. She was very kind, polite and fast. I tried one sushi wrapped in 🥒 cucumber and it was awesome. A pretty great option for someone who wants to decrease the carb intake and avoid the rice. I also had the Bubba with shrimp and the 2011 with lobster. 🦞 Not sure which one is my favorite now. The person who made the sushi (sushiman /chef - I don't know the correct term- he was also very pleasant and fun. I would recommend this place for a good sushi. The space is small, but very cozy.

It's been a long time since I've had such a tasty experience! The appetizer, the sushi, the hibachi, even the Miso soup were better than I've ever had. Their scallops were buttery, the fried rice was better than I've ever had. The atmosphere is cozy, and simple. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I don't give out 5 stars very often, but this place definitely deserves it!
