Bolay is a great place to stop in if you are looking for fresh, healthy food that won't break the bank. They have several prebuilt bowls to choose from or the ever popular build your own bowl.
I chose the build your own option and went with the beef option for the protein. There are different sizes to choose from so if you are feeling hungry go for the large, they give you a good sized portion.

Build my own large bowl with miso glazed tofu! It was so delish and filling. It’s so nice to be able to get healthy food on the go. This place is better than chipotle. It’s hard to find gluten free/plant based places like this that are yummy. Also had a snickerdoodle cookie super chewy and sweet. The food really tastes fresh. I look forward to the next meal and trying something else new on the menu like the wraps and that chia seed pudding. And of course the writing in the bowl was a nice touch. Made me feel great as a customer. “Love yourself!’”
Bolay has so many great rotating / and regular base & veggie options. The miso tofu is my favorite tofu of any restaurant. Any bowl I get here is always so fresh
So glad I found this place!! Makes eating plant-based or vegan quick, easy & delicious. They also have meat & dairy ingredients for people that are not vegetarian or vegan. It's very similar to a Chipotle. Build your own, counter service but with different ingredients. I had them cater my last business function and EVERYBODY loved the food and appreciated the healthy options and delicious flavors. The vegan garlic creamy dressing is so tasty it tastes like it's made with dairy but it's not. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't yet. The Power Beans are a perfect meat-free protein alternative and they taste great!
Fresh healthy food option. Veggies were nicely cooked. Dressings were a bit lacking IMO. The habanero dressing is not even remotely spicy and the ginger turmeric was very bland and also creamy which was a surprise.
So I had this and Fresh Kitchen on a recent trip to Orlando. FK is definitely better. They have better choices of bases and better toppings. Bolay’s steak was tough and over cooked and the sweet potato noodles were only semi warm and did not have a lot of taste the staff was super nice and the place was clean and had a nice e atmosphere. There were a lot of people there so they seem popular.
We get Bolay all the time. It’s clean and tasty compared to other things nearby. And it’s all gluten free! So I don’t have to worry about what my kids order.

One of my favorite food spots. Everything is always fresh and rich in flavor. Service was great, place was clean, atmosphere is welcoming.
I go here few weeks with my family, and we love this place. For my husband and I (1 celiac, 1 wheat allergy), having everything be gluten free is a novel experience; especially given that their gf wrap is the best we've ever found (it's soft!)
We also love that you can easily get a nutritionally sound vegan meal here (including a green, bean, and grain), and all the ingredients are simple yet delicious.
This used to be one of my favorite places, but after COVID… like a lot of places unfortunately, the food quality has gone downhill. However, the staff is really good. And I do like the food here as opposed to some other places. I would recommend it if you haven’t tried it because you would have nothing to compare it to. It’s a healthy bowl place that’s much better than Chipotle.
Always, always, always the food is delicious. I, my family and friends been regulars since they opened. I'm so glad it's only five minutes from my door. That said, one suggestion: Most of the servers are friendly, a few don't speak or smile. Perhaps issue reminders at staff meetings, and underscore the importance of them saying thank-you (listen-up curbside deliverers), customers deserve to hear it, and those who tip really appreciate that simple good-manners phrase.

Bolay is a chain restaurant serving delicious food that is freshly prepared. The menu can be confusing at first, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Order at the counter. Self serve drinks. Online ordering for pickup available, too. Ample parking in a large lot. Highly recommend!
Very good and healthy bowls. My wife was craving this place and I never heard of it before. Now it's on our list of to go places when we are in the area. It is very good.
Really great bowls and quality ingredients for the price point.
During covid times seating outside feels safer, but they keep music really loud. That's really only downside.
Service is friendly. I would likely do takeout more often then dine-in in the future
