I went to Chiplote for the first time on Monday, then went back Tuesday and Wednesday! The food is super yummy and convenient for me since my work is on the same street.. There is always a long line, so I am used to the wait. Today when I went the line was moving faster then normal. When I started paying attention it was a girl I had never seen before but was completely amazed how she sped up the whole process from the beginning of the line to the cashier. I bragged on her and asked her name. If you see Lauren in the preparation line ...Just know the wait will be cut in half!! Thanks for another great lunch!!

Generous portions, good food. Better portions than most Chipotles.
Visited an hour before close and the bar where they make the food was a mess. Food left everywhere and cheese and sauces smeared.
Arrived two minutes after online order was supposed to be ready and they hadn’t started it yet.
Nice employees, just weren’t on top of online orders or keeping food prep area clean while making food.
The employees are doing the best they can at a very busy location. The trash was overflowing but my meal was tasty. The service was friendly and professional. I did notice a lot of rowdy teenagers that left their table a mess. Rollins and the local high school should offer summer manners camp. Or perhaps include it in their curriculum?
I'd give it a higher atmosphere rating, but while the employee was dishing out my food, what seemed to be a manager was berating her on the floor in front of me. Now I may just be old school, but that to me was very disrespectful and embarrassing for both the employee and the manager. A good leader reprimands their people in private, not in front of the customer.
