Was craving the bottomless soup & salad today for lunch, and it was a good visit. The food and service were both great with no problems. Our server was friendly and took good care of us.

Great server & Mushroom Burger was a VERY pleasant surprise (best burger I have EVER had in my life)!!!
Only downside was the nasty chips & salsa. They don't even bother to deep fry the chips loosely. Chips are stuck together. Someone doesn't care or is too lazy to be cooking.
Tasty food and good service most of the time. Happy hour is good here.
The food was good. Service was fantastic, Angie was a wonderful server. Super sweet and made sure everything was perfect despite being super busy.
Chili's is always a great place to eat. This one is right off the main road, easy to get to. Clean inside and nice restrooms. It did seem they were short staffed but our server was terrific! Even with what's going on, she came over a few times to see if we needed anything. The food, as usual, was really yummy! We had the fajita combo with black bean burger and chicken. The tortillas were hot. You won't be disappointed if you go.
Last night I went with a group of fiends and I ordered a Sirloin. Wow! It was perfectly cooked. Just want to shoutout the chef, and also the waiter was great! Nothing was missed and she was so kind to divide our checks. Thank you Winter Park staff! You did a great job!
We were a party of 8 on a Saturday night. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait unless we wanted to separate. We had just put my dad in hospice and really needed to be together with my mom. We decided to separate because we were starving! They had also told us they only had 2 servers. All of a sudden a bubbly woman came from behind the bar and said she would be our server and put us at a table together!! She had my mother laughing which was really needed on this day. I don’t remember her name but she went out of her way to make it a great meal!!
Josh was our server for 10 people. He was kind, highly communicative, and extremely efficient. He was on top of drink refills and even sang happy birthday to the birthday girl. Josh is the pivotal reason for coming to Chili's. P.s. he sings like an angel.
If I'm going to pick a chain for lunch, it's usually Chili's. Everything on the menu is pretty good. I really enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich, but it's huge so my husband ate half & we took his chicken strips home to eat later.
10/8/23 - Glad to see the Winter Park site is open after the fire. Server was very attentive, food was cooked perfectly and portion size was good. Very tasty meal at a reasonable price.
Chris was one of the best servers we ever had. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was right. He made our experience very enjoyable.
The food is delicious. Lots of tv’s for football ! The bartender Lenaia is Friendly , efficient and is most definitely an asset to this Chili’s.
