Very happy to see the vegan/ plant-based burger IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER on the menu here. It is a huge upgrade from your veggie burgers in the past. Thank you so much and looking forward to more vegan options in the future!

Visiting from Tampa and decided to stop by this Burger King. I and my girlfriend truly satisfied and impressed with the level of service and quality of food. The female employee working the front today on 12/1/2022 (5:01pm)was great and the polite.

Exception customer service . My family and I stopped here before heading to the beach and we’re from TN so the experience here was more than great

***UPDATE!*** I am cautiously optimistic about the improved customer service at the Winter Park location… We have recently given them another opportunity to deliver good customer service, and good food. We were pleasantly surprised. There seems to be a complete redo, in regard to the people who are now working the counters at this Burger King. They were friendly, extremely courteous, helpful, and our orders were taken correctly and filled correctly. I am impressed! Way to go guys! For now, you have our business again. ✔️ Good customer service ✔️ Correct order filled ✔️ Prompt service ✔️ Clean store ✔️ Open lobby I would recommend this, Burger King location. Sadly, I cannot give the same recommendation for some others in town. ⬆️ NOW ⬆️ ⬇️ THEN ⬇️ Why does it seem that 99 out of 100 times I visit this BK, I have some sort of major issue, usually concerning service? Whether I go late, when they advertise they are open, workers in store,and you sit... and sit... and sit.... No service...(pre-covid, mind you...) Or, there are only a (literal) couple cars in the drive through, and it ends up taking 20 minutes? I understand, there are times like this, it can't be helped. But this has been an on-going issue, over the course of 5? 7? 9...? More? ....years. Over many visits. The store was remodeled, and it's a nice, clean venue. It's not that. It's the service. I think this last visit finally made me realize that I need to find a different Burger King to go to, sadly. I sat in the Drive-Thru line at a *fast food* restaurant for 25 minutes, before I decided to pull around the car in front of me and leave the store. (I had not even been able to order yet.) This after having only two cars ahead of me, from the beginning of my wait. I'm a patient person, generally speaking. But being in a hurry, and going to a fast food restaurant because you're in a hurry, and having to wait that long? Not acceptable. I'm sorry BK. I won't be back. I hope things improve for you!
