This was the best Popeyes that I have ever been too. They were very nice and polite. My food was fresh and hot. They took the time out to make my order exactly how I wanted it. I would recommend this location over any other. I am grateful to have had such a great experience filled with laughter.
I use to hate this location, happen to give it another shot and let me tell you as long as the GM Stephanie is here I’m in….She made sure customer service was excellent. She made sure I walked away with fresh food. It wasn’t just about her job but definitely about her customers. Girl you rock! I hope you see this and know you were truly appreciated! Thank you 🙏
🎶 love this location of Popeyes 🎶 I was greeted as soon as I walked in,and ordered within 5 minutes of walking in. Tyron was very friendly, helpful and kind. They have great sauce options. Great atmosphere and clean store. Their fries are the best by far.
I've passed this Popeye's a dozen times on my way home and finally decided to stop in. This is arguable the best Popeye's location I've been to. Most of the ones I've visited leave a lot to be desired with cold food, or less than impressive employees. This location had amazing employees, very friendly, talkative, and the food was hot, and actually looked like the picture. I was extremely impressed. There was even a DoorDash person waiting for food while I was there and even he was treated kindly, addressed by his name, and told "thank you for coming" on his way out. This location is just wow! Why can't all the locations be this good? I'll be back here for sure.
General Manager provided excellent service with fresh French fries and spicy chicken sandwich……..
We went to this location tonight for dinner & we will NEVER go to any other location in the future for our Popeyes fix.
The restaurant staff was extremely helpful on the phone before we even got there. Mike & Manager Stephanie were the most pleasant people I have ever dealt in the Fast Food industry & it was a complete honor to have talked with both of them tonight with specific questions. They both have patient, caring pleasing attitudes.
Not only was the staff completely phenomenal, so was the restaurant & food. The restaurant was very clean inside & out & the food was beyond fresh & delicious!!! I can't seem to say enough GREAT things about our experience tonight at this Popeyes! Trust me when I say we'll be very soon...Thanks again Stephanie, Mike & the Entire Staff!!!
So I went to this location because I was in the area and I was very pleasantly surprised with my order. The Manager, Yolanda was very attentive to the customers. She ensured that the orders were prepared with care and she greeted me at the drive thru window. The main reason for my review is that this was THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I have ever had from any Popeye's and possibly the best EVER from anywhere! It was fresh, crispy and juicy, the bread was nicely toasted and buttery. Just the right amount of mayo on the bun and the perfect pickle ratio for the sandwich. I will definitely revisit this location!

First time Ever! Popeye's is not very prevalent where I come from. I have to say, the fried chicken on the menu looks a lot different than what you get. The texture in the menu photos makes it seem like you're about to experience something new in the texture of fried chicken.. How do they get away with that? OK, I know you never get a Big Mac that looks like what's on the menu either, but... this seemed different. I guess not. I was played.
Totally average in every way. But their Mac n Cheese does stand out with extra flavor. And they charge extra for it. Of course.
If KFC and Popeye's were next door to each other, I'd choose... the shortest line.
I went to Popeyes Chicken the other day and placed my order, but they said in spite of advertising on TV that they don't offer that any longer. Anyway, the manager Yolanda, worked and worked to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted. Well she finally got it, and I got 5 pieces of chicken for $5.31! (Usually $7.44) Good deal huh? Well the clerk that was taking my order ask me to put a kudo comment online even if I had to ask a granddaughter to do it for me! Well. Sure enough, I tried but couldn't find how to do it, so could you please help me with this? The store is the one on Fairbanks. Thanks honey for your brain on this. I owe you one!

I placed an order through the app at a location that ended up being closed for maintenance so I drove to another location. I explained the situation and the manager on duty (Stephanie) was so helpful, she took care of my order with no problems. I was frustrated to start, but I left very happy with the great customer service.

I do not say this lightly: the fried chicken I ate here last night is quite possibly the best fried chicken I have ever had in my life.
The batter was incredible. Crunchy af, seasoned amazingly, pillowy and light but toothy and substantial. I want to write poetry about this batter.
The meat was juicy, savory, and cooked literally perfectly. Probably from the best, most amazing chickens.
The fry was :chefs kiss: brilliant. The oil was clearly fresh and clean. Gordon Ramsay himself would give this place ten out of five stars. Whomever cooked this is a culinary genius and should be regarded as such. I hope they know their worth. I want to know their secrets.
I paid $20-something dollars for two of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have ever had (and I have had Bake Sale Betty’s ffs. I am a qualified and experienced fried chicken eater), a two piece meal with two thighs, and a kids meal nuggets. We over ordered for sure, but there was not a scrap of chicken left. This meal outperformed meals triple this price.
Go eat here before everyone who works there self-actualizes and opens a Michelin-starred restaurant. Because they could, and they should.
I would just like to take this time out to say thank you Stephanie in the drive through. I was having a little rough day went to Popeyes on my lunch break. I got to the window and my card was declined. I felt horrible and embarrassed however instead of her telling me to get out of her drive-through lol Stephanie said don’t worry about it lunch is on me Her act of kindness literally melted my heart. I called to get her name. I apologize again I felt horrible. Stephanie told me don’t worry about it we’re all in this together it’s still good people in the world.
