The shift manager May was by herself with one cook. She did a awesome job keep it all moving. Same on you McDonald's for working people like this. If it wasn't for people like Katrina. Then you wouldn't be open. Need to step up and take care of employees you wouldn't have such high turn around.

Once was my favorite place. Staffing and restaurant decor have both degraded. I blame management.

Wow I had the best service at 3 am. Leaving the hospital after long night, I placed the order on my Nicole app. It had picked up the incorrect location and I didn't notice... When I arrived they did not have my order. The move man working the drive through took my phone and did something with the register and changed my order to correct place in seconds. They then have me v the freshest, hottest my and best quarter piounder I ever tasted. I love the service at McDonald's.

The big advantage for this location and its proximity to the hospital is that it’s open 24/7

There was only three workers in there at lunch time. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast. The gentlemen worker continue to apologize for the wait which was less than 10 mins. Amazing team work.

This location was fine, but they just have to remember that when two sandwiches are ordered (without buns) that it does not mean to throw them into one container. I had to wait for them to fix that. However, the mango pineapple smoothie was good. Update on review as of 9/2022...Be careful. McDonald's is now charging .30 cents more if you ask them to give you the burger on lettuce without the bun. I have had to ask them twice to give back the .30 cents since they did not take off anything when they were told to keep the bun. No bun, but 30 cents more? Not today.
