The best infused tequilas ever!! I highly recommend the hibiscus infused tequila margarita!! The tacos were incredible! Wonderful, eclectic combination of flavors. Small, quaint, hip local spot! Highly recommend the Maui Maui, shrimp and spicy pork! Music and ambiance was perfect!!! Will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!
The best fish tacos. Period! I was a chef for over 10 years, and these fish tacos absolutely blew my mind. The go to place in winter park.
Four year in Winter Park and we continue to put Pepe Osaka's on the top of the list of places to eat while in town. Great fusion with excellent taste and service. Would highly recommend it to all.
Pepe’s is the place to be on Wednesday’s for local’s night - but you have to know the secret handshake so out-of-towners need not apply. I recommend the half jalapeño half ginger margarita and the lobster tacos. Tell them Ed sent you :-)

A must have if you like Mexican food, sushi, tequila, or all of the above! You must try the Spicy Tuna Tacos, they are absolutely delicious! First stop if we are ever back in the area! Highly recommend to anyone going to Colorado!

Absolutely the best in winter park! Fish tacos in the mountains!! Fabulous. We we served by one of the owners, Nanda, and she was very friendly. Drinks were on par as well. They even have Pisco Sour. We will always eat here any time in WP.
Came in last night for hot pepper and pineapple margarita plus the crispy salmon fish taco. Back again today for more of the same.
As always, the best place for fish tacos! The tuna ceviche is an amazing experience... the margaritas, shrimp tacos, lobster tacos.... the hardest part is deciding what to choose!

Cant find this anywhere else. The food is impeccable. The atmosphere is amazing! And this is coming from someone who doesn't eat seafood (almost never, this was the only exception) but i had the octopus, ahi tuna, and the soft crab tacos.

Who would think you could get the best tacos of your life in Winter Park, CO. We had the Mahi Mahi tacos, a ceviche taco, and Thai chicken taco. Highly recommend all!! Margs were excellent, atmosphere was low key, server was friendly and fun. Thank you so much for a great dinner. We are coming back tomorrow for lunch. We hear the Mahi sandwich is great.
Popular local joint with unique fusion tacos, plus some more traditional flavors. Taco plate comes with sticky rice with a small amount of black beans and a chunk of fried plantain. I got the Thai Chicken taco (spicy and delicious), and other people in my party said the blackened mahi mahi and the salmon were both good.
Chips and salsa and the jug of water came quickly and never ran dry. That was great because they were VERY busy on a Sunday night and the food took a while. (Atypically busy, something about people waiting out traffic... maybe take a gander at the crowd if you're bringing impatient kids though)

We've been going since they opened in 14. Food is delicious and crestive; noticed a little blandness this trip but still worth the 14 hour drive! The salmon skin taco is divine!
We decided to stop in here as we drove through town. An excellent decision it turned out. There were 5 adults and one toddler in our group. Everyone got one or two tacos. The steak taco was by far the favourite. It was incredible. The grilled or crispy fish tacos were also really good. Our toddler ate a whole fish taco! And the accompanying rice and beans were excellent. It was very clear that all the food is made fresh in house. The service was great. Staff were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Absolutely will return when we drive through next.
The restaurant just had its 10-yr anniversary and if they keep up their food and service standards, they’ll be around another 100 years I’m sure.
This is one of my favorite places to eat in any city. I love the surf and turf tacos and enchiladas. My friends loved the steak tataki bowl. They’ve got one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is very fun and service is also on point. I strongly recommend
Five stars to this Mexican sushi restaurant. Food is excellent. The fish dishes are fresh and flavourful. Super friendly staff. Everything on the menu looks delicious. If you want to try few different items, go for the tacos. Mix 3 tacos surf and/or turf. Their margaritas is excellent. Bette book in advance. Each meal ends with a cookie fortune ;) highly recommended.
My family made the trip up to Winter Park for a week. Every night we tried something new, and by far, Pepe’s was the best. Great selection and unique fusion of Japanese/Mexican. I had a spicy tuna sushi burrito which was delicious, a hot sake (which I always get if it’s available) and their after dinner Don Julio coffee liquor mixed drink. All of these were great, and I’d highly recommend it. Bonus points for being dog friendly (on the patio).
Easy to find location in the town of Winter Park. We had the spicy tuna tacos and shrimp tacos. My husband would have preferred the shrimp to be grilled, but they did taste good. The spicy tuna tacos were delicious. There was just one bar tender and it was pretty busy so our drink took a little while. It also tasted great. I would definitely eat here again and highly enjoyed it, but I wouldn’t say it’s something you can get for a quick meal. Need to plan for a little wait, but it’s worth it.
We had the most amazing experience here that I’ve had in a long, long time. Jonathan was our waiter from Ormond Beach, Florida, and the man stepped up over and above on everything that we needed. He made us feel comfortable. He brought everything perfectly gave us great suggestions for margaritas and our tacos. They also connected with us personally as we had friends in from Florida, and he really made our night. At the end of the night he gave us a little treat at the end, but just top off such a beautiful evening.
I can see where this place is so packed all the time, the food, the ambience, and the wait staff is absolutely outstanding. We’ll be coming back here a number of times for sure.
This place is an absolute diamond: great food, delicious fish, and the best margaritas I have ever tried in Colorado- and I have tried hundreds. Punches above its weight. Carnitas are fantastic too for those who don’t like fish options. Treats locals well too. Highly recommended.
We were there in July and had a great experience. We twisted our way up 40 West. When we arrived we found street parking. We were seated outside (check into current covid situation for yourself) the chips and sauce were great. I had to try the lobster taco. It was legit. One of the best tacos I've ever tried. I also got a pulled pork taco and it was also delicious. Pete Osaka's is worth a stop!
The fish tacos were amazing but the highlight of the night was the steak. It was so tender and melted in your mouth. I would drive an hour and a half from Denver to go back and eat here
This is by far the best mexican slash sushi place I’ve ever been to ! Like if you are wanting some very flavorful mexican food but also want some good fish tacos or sushi this is the place to go ! On top of that the service was phenomenal I mean overall after a long day at the snow this made our day like it was the cherry on top of our sundae . Def coming back all the way from palm springs ain’t no one stopping us !
This place is amazing! So much flavor. Really enjoyed the mahi mahi al pastor tacos. The poke ceviche was really delicious and paired well with the tacos. I also enjoyed my margarita which was made perfectly. Our server did a great job, will definitely be back here next time we’re at Winter Park!
Great food. Great service. Spicy steak teriyaki. Spicy tuna tacos. Ahi poke cerviche. And more. Sushi quality. Being from the Jersey shore I know fresh. I know it comes frozen but the quality is high.
