Review Stefano's Trattoria - Winter Springs

The aroma of delicious food as well as the sound of soothing live piano greet you from your parking spot even before you set foot in this unassuming Italian restaurant. Found in the corner of the Hobby Lobby mall on the intersection of Red Big Lake and Tuskawilla. Kaitlyn our server was friendly, energetic and knew the menu inside and out. The menu offers a selection of appetizers and salads and we started our meal with the antipasto which included Italian meats and cheeses, artichokes and anchovy. Great way to start out our meal! The small is big enough to share with 3-4 people. Dinners included soup or salad and fresh warm bread. Hubby had spaghetti with angel hair and I had Penne Vodka. Both were fantastic! Dessert was cannoli. We were surprised by live piano music which is offered every night starting at 5:30 pm Note: this restaurant is closed on Sundays We will definitely be back!

Stephanos Trattoria is a great small family owned Italian restaurant the owner Alejandro does an amazing job to assure great customer service. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff is extremely professional and the place is immaculate. If you want to have a work lunch, a group celebration, or an intimate dinner you must try this classic beautiful hidden gem located in Tuskawilla.

This restaurant was absolutely the best "find" in this area. It's a "hole in the wall" in a shopping center in Oviedo. The smell of real Italian food hit us as we walked in the door. Yummmm! The service was terrific. The food, handmade, was so good! We tried the Chicken Marsala and Shrimp and linguini. OMG! The flavors! The bread was great, soft and crusty at the same time and the salad was wonderful! We definitely will be coming back to try more dishes. The menu has so many different dishes, all homemade. WOW! Also, very reasonably priced.

We had our Silver Anniversary Celebration here yesterday with friends and family, and it was FANTASTIC!🤩🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. We had Chicken Cacciatore, Chicken Piccata, Stuffed shells, penne Alfredo, meatballs, Salads, antipasto, etc.. buffet style, all excellent! We had a private party and we had the restaurant to ourselves. We were allowed ample time to decorate ahead of time. We were allowed to bring our own wedding cake and desserts, plus we ordered some mini cannoli from the restaurant, which were delicious. We were able to move a few tables to create a dancefloor. We had a DJ, and also our Pastor came to officiate. We had a beautiful vow renewal ceremony, dinner, and dancing. It was just perfect for an intimate celebration! Decided to stop in for dinner after shopping in the plaza & I’m so glad that I did! We were kindly greeted & had great service! The food is SO delicious, we ordered the spinach ravioli & margarita pizza. Also, the decor & ambiance was very romantic. They even had someone playing the piano! I am happy to support this small business, will definitely come back again!

Delicious Italian Food- cute decor- friendly employees- big portions- reasonably priced- easy plentiful parking- in strip mall corner kind of hidden but food is amazing! Definitely check this place out if craving Italian food!

I got the Salmon Crema and my wife got a Margherita Pizza. The rolls and olive oil were great. The Pizza was very good but the Salmon was a little disappointing. The sauce didn't have much flavor and was very watery. The Salmon itself wasn't bad but for me a little overcooked. The asparagus was tough and stringy. It wasn't a bad meal but it was nothing to write home about.

Had I been eating in this would have been a five-star review. However I got carry out for the first time and it was super disappointing. The carryout was probably worth about two stars. Because I really like this restaurant when I eat in, I tried to split the difference. They got my order wrong. It wasn't hot. Payment at the restaurant took forever. There was no butter or olive oil dip for the bread. It was just a very different experience than eating in. Granted we ordered nothing but entrees. Perhaps ordering pizza to go is a better experience, food-wise?
