Review Carrabba's Italian Grill - Winter Springs

My family and I went to this restaurant earlier this past week (Wednesday, February 3rd) for dinner, and received pretty bad service which caused us to leave. We were seated with no wait but we were put in the bar area (with two kids under 10) next to the outdoor seating door, which was frequently being used. The issue with the table we were seated at was due to the weather being unseasonably cold and the kids were freezing, even with their jackets on. The waiter we had also took about 10 minutes to ask us for drinks, they came quickly... we then waited an additional 30 minutes for him to come back before we decided to leave (he did not return, but rather attempted to walk over as we decided to leave). The restaurant was not packed and the waiter was not busy, in fact we watched him flirt and "post up" at the table behind us while he neglected all the tables in his area. He did not introduce himself or else I would put his name out there. This was the first time we went to this restaurant since we live in the neighborhood, but will keep going to Dominic's instead.

Went here for a birthday dinner, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. This was mostly due to the phenomenal service provided by our server, Cody. He was genuinely kind and provided the best service we may have ever experienced from any restaurant. Thank you for an amazing night out.

I am at carabba with my family right now and the hostess that seated us was soooo rude. Then people walked in with a dog which I am highly allergic to. I come here all the time and it’s usually great but Tonight is terrible.

Very good! Had Cody as the server and he was phenomenal. Service was great, fast, food was good, wonderful atmosphere. Good bread. Good salad. Good pasta. Tip: ask for extra basil. It makes all the difference. Love Carrabba's. It was great as always! And the lunch specials are a good deal

Had a wonderful night out with my husband at Carrabba's this past Friday. The food was delicious and our server - David N. - was so friendly, attentive, and personable. We always look forward to a night out at Carraba's and the servers and staff never disappoint!

Cayla C was one of the best server's I've had in a long time. The food was on point and it was my ladies 1st time here. She loved it. Wants to come back.

Always great, prompt service. Food is always awesome. The bread is so good. Love love the lentil and sausage soup. The atmosphere is great as well.

It was my first time going for sangria Sunday. Our server Rachel did an amazing job and had great recommendations about the food and sangria. Her table manner is the perfect balance between polished and casual! The food was great as always. The only thing that I would change is offering more than one vegetable as a side (there is asparagus in addition to broccoli, but it’s a premium side). I’d love to be able to choose between two vegetable that are included in the price.

I eat at this location regularly. Tonight I ordered 2 prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin dinners. My dinner, the pork was raw. When I say raw, it was fleshy raw. I took pics of one that was cooked in the 2nd meal versus this piece. The majority of the pieces were not cooked as well as they normally are. They were all either medium rare with a couple of them medium. Except of course for the raw piece. I normally have a wonderful meal here. This was really disappointing and dangerous.

I was looking forward to a very tasty meal and really was disappointed! I have no gripe with a server but the soup was not hot when served and the food was bland. The steak was basically tasteless and the cannoli that I took home was pitiful. I have always enjoyed Carrabba's now I'm going to have to think about ever coming back here

Always great food and friendly wait staff!! It’s hard not to give them 5 stars!! My only wish is that they would put the linguine and clam sauce back on the menu!!! Haven’t found a restaurant that makes it as good as Carrabbas unless you go to NY. Please bring it back....

Just got home from dinner. Had the Spiedino shrimp and scallops with mashed potatoes and the Italian salad. Paired with a nice Sauvignon blanc it was excellent! I would rather have this meal than 4 or 5 at Olive Garden. Service was great. I little pricey but very good food.

Excellent food, great service. Massive Portions. Definitely need a senior citizen menu (smaller portions for us oldies) *** Might want to work more on Customer service when explaining specific policies to customers.. When in doubt, call your manager over to the table to help relieve frustrations between server and customer. It's the smart thing to do.

The food was excellent as usual. What was special, was the waitress and the restaurant providing us 3 bags of ice in a take-out bag as we were leaving. My wife and I were home in Florida and were without electricity in our home. We had trouble finding ice to buy. Our young son wanted cold milk to drink in his sippy cup. My wife asked the waitress if they could spare a little ice for our son. Carrabbas generosity was overwhelming!! We were very grateful.

My husband and I like coming here can't go wrong wine 🍷 Selections are good and the food as well , gave it a four bc we had the tiramisu dessert and was kinda disappointed a bit bland and tasted more like heavy cream something was missing:(

We are from Illinois. The pizza was awesome. Out cute waitress Jessica was just wanderfull. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends. Thanks again Jessica you are top notch.

O, my. Rick Welcher having an amazing lunch. My first time for their chicken Bryan...WOW Love it. Ask for Richard, wonderful server.

It was really good. Char short for Charlene was extra great! We didn't care for the salads at all that came with the meal. I didn't mention it until the end and she gave us soups to go to make up for it. We thought it was sweet of her. Personally, I think you could find better romaine lettuce......it was absolutely awful. Find a new distribution for better lettuce!

Food was good, love sitting in the bar for half price appetizers and happy hour drinks. Our server was amazing. They need to work on the hostess/hosts. That is the first impression. Everyone should be welcomed immediately and thanked on the way out. There was a lady working that didn't seem happy or have a sense of urgency. Again, this is your first impression when you walk in and can set the tone. The hostess with the mostess should be the goal :)
