Ordered curbside. 15 minutes drive followed by 20 minute wait for the food then another 15 minutes back home. That’s when we found out we are missing 2 CFA sandwiches! Everyone is hungry at the table, and you need to figure out who doesn’t get to eat a sandwich because the preparer at this branch doesn’t know how to count! Of course you don’t want to drive back and waste another 50 minutes of your time. We called to report and we were told to pick up the missing items - “no thanks! Just refund them” we said. “For a refund you must come in to the store” they replied! Oh really!! So you could take our money online but cannot refund part of it when you mess up an order!

Food and customer service is exemplary as usual. David is a fantastic manager with top notch customer service skills. If there is ever a mistake made, they will always make it right as long as you bring it to their attention and give them the opportunity. I've never been disappointed with the service at this location or any other for that matter. They know how to put a smile on your face.

Always a pleasure coming to this location. The staff is always kind, understanding and very respectful. Even if something goes wrong with your order they fix it promptly no questions asked. Chick-fil-A will always be top choice for fast food in my opinion! Highly recommended!

Been to this location many times. I've never had a bad experience. Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is always friendly and attentive. The drive-thru always moves quickly no matter how long it may be. I never have anything to complain about. Many other fast food places could learn a lot from Chick-Fil-A.

My youngest and I just happened to be in that part of town so we stopped in for a quick bite. One of the managers, Chauncey, checked us out and his energy was contagious. We walked out and were walking towards our car and he happened to be walking out food for another customer. All I can say is that we did not want to leave because he was just so personable and pleasant. Will have to drive back form Kissimmee just see him again.

I love chick-fil-a and it never disappoints. I was so incredibly pleased when possibly the nicest guy I’ve ever met, David, was super kind and pleasant and I just love that guy. There was also a girl working there named Ella who was just one of the sweetest girls and took my order with a happy heart. This is definitely my fav fast food place ever!

As someone who worked for Chick-fil-A for 5 years I was honestly appalled at the service I received tonight. I ordered curbside ahead of time and when I arrived was told it was unavailable. The drive thru was horrendous so I elected to pick up in the store. It took the team 29 minutes to fill my order and not one time did a Team Member approach me or apologize for the wait. Very disappointed.

How disappointing. It's 7pm, on a Wednesday (which is Chick-fil-A day in our house). After sitting patiently in the drive thru for 10+ minutes I'm greeted with the news that they are out of fries. I seriously asked them to repeat themselves. So, with the line still at least 15 more minutes to go I said, I'd like to exit out. I was told , sorry, you are going to have wait through the line. Again, unacceptable for even the lowest of fast food chains. Fortunately, I was able to convince an employee to move the cones so that I could escape this nightmare. I know these things happen sometimes, but be proactive and empathetic to the customer during this times. Yes, when they are no fries you should anticipate the response.

I rarely write reviews on here, but I felt like I needed to because I wanted to recognize the superior service, positive attitude, and professionalism that Chauncey brings every time I’ve seen him at Chick-fil-a, even in times of high volumes of guests he’s always smiling and takes time to recognize each individual and family as they come through the door. Thank you Chauncey, you’re service is truly second to none!

The staff at this Chik-fil-A just went the extra ten miles for us. I went with my Mom who is elderly. She accidentally threw away something in the trash that she needed. She did not realize it until later. We told the restaurant staff. Manager Matt Hamberger and his staff went through all the trash that had been taken out until they found what my 85-year-old Mother lost. This group of folks went above and beyond, and did it in such a kind way as to not make my Mom feel bad. I would return to this Chik-fil-A any day! Matt and staff... you're the best!! Of course the food and service were their usual fantastic!

I don’t know if they’re under new Management or what happened but last several times I’ve been the service was awful. The slowest drive thru and they never even apologized. We waited at least 20 minutes in the line. There was a young looking male Manager with brown hair and I told him that there were more than a dozen cars still waiting (it was 8:45pm) and he just looked at me and shrugged. The worker who rang me up said “sorry”. But it doesn’t seem to be run very well anymore. Last week when we went the drive thru was also slow and the guy who rang me up never gave me the “my pleasure” response that we’ve grown so accustomed to when I told him thank you. LOL He was too busy discussing how we wished he was getting off early like the girl who was working with him was. Not the CFA it used to be.

I just have to tell you I appreciate the staff working this morning. My 11 year old son is becoming more independent and has noticed that he gets ignored a lot in different situations since he’s a kid. We went to your restaurant this morning and on our way home he was telling me how impressed he was that 3 different people asked him if he needed help when he went to the counter to ask for a cup of water. He was amazed at this since like I said he usually gets ignored so great job to your staff, we appreciate you!

This location is a total joke only run one of the drive-through's. Went there today July 6 six and there was a 15 minute wait for the drive-through's only had one night with one lane open. Went inside and it was no better had to wait 10 minutes in line for a sandwich and a shake I got it wrong and then talk to the manager she said the reason there's a way I can afford to have more people on their personnel. I think it's pretty sad when the manager admits that they can't afford person Personnel hours they would rather keep the customers waiting but it's a restaurant and there are a lot of other Chick-fil-A's in the community sad story to say for such a fun company

Always such a pleasure eating at this location!! The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Case in point today: just sat down with my two girls to eat and the youngest throws up everywhere. Needless to say, we needed to clean up and pack up to go home immediately. I also needed six bags of ice to take home as we still don't have power following Matthew. It could have been a very stressful situation for me, but was not because of the quick and generous help I received from staff. Thanks again for always making my visits wonderful!

This Chick-Fil-A has some of the best people at the window. Lunchtime Rush is always crazy and they do a pretty good job of getting everyone through quickly. I was a little peeved at how the two lines don't go back forth in regards to moving from the curbside ordering to the window. Instead, it's x amount from one side and then x amount from another so you're not guaranteed to get your food in the order in which your order is placed. Also, as I was sitting parked in my car waiting to move to the window, an employee and another individual (who I assume was an off-duty employee based on his familiarity) were standing around talking and, at one point the girl on duty was twirling her headset and it even flew onto my car. While my car wasn't physically harmed, the entire situation just seemed completely unprofessional. That is, fortunately, the only ehhh experience I've had with this CFA largely in part to how well Chauncey runs his ship (:

I always loooooove chick fil a but this particular location really wowed me the other day at their speed in the drive thru. They had 7 employees working the 2 lanes of over a dozen cars and they got us out quick. Thanks for all your hard work and having great food and customer service. 😘😋😋

Love this location and the staff! Was having a bad morning and upset in the drive thru this morning while ordering food and the girl taking orders noticed and paid for my meal and was so sweet and caring! Those little things go a far way, THANK YOU!!!
