I come here often, they must be short staffed or something. Waited longer than usual for service and the food, the food quality was good though. Went maybe 45 minutes after opening and it was slow, only 4 other small tables besides me were, so it really shouldn't have been slow service. Very nice and friendly servers though.

Always a great experience at this Gator's. Our server was attentive, friendly, and got everyone's orders (including the additional asks our party of 5 came up with) exactly right. We stayed for a couple hours, all suggestions she made when we weren't sure about a specific part of our order like a sauce or even at the end when we got dessert, we're excellent suggestions and we're glad we took them. She was so great and personable, she even came over when she knew she had to do some side work and might not be able to check in for a little bit, to make sure that we were going to be okay for a little while. I'll always come back to this location. Food is always fresh, specifically the seafood, and it's never over undercooked. It also comes out and a timely manner if you're in a rush. we weren't, and that's one of the beauties of this place. You can really kick back and relax with your friends and family and enjoy sharing a meal.

Great visit with some friends. This was my first time at this location. The staff was awesome.

Wanted Well done. But got a burnt outside and inside raw. An the bun is soggy and full of blood.

Service was quick and great! Absolutely no wait for a party of five on a Saturday night. Thoroughly pleased. Nachos were a major hit at the table!

Server was great, quick and very attentive. However the food was bad, I ordered 3 different things, nachos were very cold and tortilla very stale and chewy. The wings were also a bit cold and undercooked. The last dish witch our server suggested was good.

Of course the wings are absolutely out of this world with all kinds of choices and I had a delicious Long island iced tea for $5 and it was a good one! The service was very prompt, even though we had perhaps 10 people from my workplace. No one had to wait longer than a minute for anything.

We were blown away by the great service good job Bobby every restaurant needs a server like you...He is the best I have seen....Oh and great wings too ..Over the top.

I had a great server Jumaury that took care of our needs, the food was delicious we ordered ribs and a side order of wings as recommended by our server. We give it a 5 star.

Go there quite frequently and never had bad service... the waitresses and bartenders are always on point... it's my place to watch the Dodgers/Lakers on Friday nights

Love this place! We go every Wednesday night and we have our favorite server Tracy. She's awesome. She knows what we drink and attends to us constantly. The food is great and we give it 5+ stars.

I love the service! Is always good specially when Bobby takes care of us. He treat us like family. Our favorite is the combo plater; is so good. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered delivery but the food was cold however it didn't taste bad. Friendly advice, I think it would be best if you put the chips separate from the loaded nachos to prevent the chips from getting soggy. Great portions for the amount spent!

They are usually busy whenever I go there, but for good reason. The staff is very friendly, and the food is great! I've had my fair share of their All-You-Can-Eat Wings on Monday nights (my current record is 46), but their fish and chips, baby back ribs, and blackened mahi-mahi are very good as well. Not to mention you can play pool, darts, or one of several arcade games while waiting for your food to digest. All-around great place to eat and hang out with friends.

This was a great spot to watch the Mayweather vs McGregor fight! Lisa, our server was amazing!

Haven't been in a while but pleasantly surprised the food was great and our server Hilery was awesome.

We have been going on 17yrs now for family outings, get togethers, football, UFC and even surprise birth announcements. Just like any place they do have their ups and downs, but mostly great experiences. We have a favorite waiter who always makes our visit a good one. I would have to say my only and only complaint, my fiance is deaf, we have asked in the past for just one TV to have close caption, so he can enjoy football and UFC fights more, and we were told if they put it on one, it will go on all the TVs and that's not fair to others. So lately we have found ourself going to places where they can put it on a TV for him, and I've never heard of anyone else complaining about it. If you ever complained about close caption, please keep in mind, the deaf community makes up a huge percentage of this world, they want to be able to laugh, cheer, and hoot and holler with everyone else in the restaurant, so sometimes they need the words to know what's going on and to feel a part of the excitement that football and UFC fights can bring. Other than that, the food has always been good.... PS please bring back fried green beans, those were our favorite, and hard to find in other restaurants.
