Review Five Guys - Winter Springs

Can't say I've had a bad experience here in the 6 or so years I've been going to it. Good smash burger joint with great fries. The consistency is it's main attraction though

Stopped on my way home from Oviedo to Lake Mary. Ordered my food to take home with me. They handed me a bag and I trusted it was the right order. Wrong order. Don’t know what seasoning was on the fries, but we couldn’t eat them. Hamburgers didn’t have the right toppings because they handed me the wrong order. Also, paid for a large drink and the caffeine free Diet Coke was empty. So I asked for a refund and they said no. So I had to settle for a regular Diet Coke. Seems to me if they can’t give you what you paid for, a refund should be given. I was going to say next time I will take the time to check the order, but there will not be a next time for me. So I guess if they gave me the wrong order, another customer got a wrong order too. It was too far to drive back to Five Guys to correct the order.

Good burgers, but you have to eat them there. To-go orders seem to get mushy within 10-15 minutes.

Simply the best burger joint around. Love the burgers and love the fries. They even have malt vinegar available. Peanuts while you wait. What's not to like? The people that work there are very nice and helpful. The burgers are made fresh and the wait isn't too long. This is a great place for lunch or dinner, especially if you like burgers.

I love this Five Guys. Always fresh, delicious food; prepared by cheerful, accurate crew members. Nothing takes one's mind off of hurricane Dorian, like a big, fresh, juicy Five-G's burger. 🍔 ❤ 🍟Today a singular (they are normally in pairs) Sandhill crane stopped by for a late lunch. EVERYONE loves Five Guys!!!!!!

The food and service is amazing. There's a new employee at this location that's a bit heavy handed with the seasoning on the fries. We ordered Cajun as a treat and had to toss the whole thing. They were too coated to eat. A couple days later we came to get the little guy a shake and asked mentioned the last time we ordered the chocolate shake it didn't have much flavor. He made up for it and some. The shake was certainly chocolate but again, too much. Once new guy is up to par we'll be back to 5 stars.

Can't go wrong with a burger...actually you can. Why struggle, hit up 5Guys and get a good meal excellent (a lot of) fries. Bacon double cheeseburger on the side.

When I say this place is 5 stars, it's only because there is no option to give it 6 stars. As if the food itself is not completely top shelf, the service is right there on that same top shelf spot. I have worked food service, and it's absolutely brutal, so to see not just happy and friendly staff, and unbeatable customer service, is amazing, along with the food quality is consistently looming between perfection, and whatever comes after perfection. Every. Single. Time. If that isn't enough, you could not even play a single level of Candy Crush before yet another friendly employee hands you food I'm pretty sure comes directly from Heaven. If anyone is telling you to try 5 Guys, this is the one to go to. It's basically run and operated by Burger Angels, and from speed, quality of product, and customer service, I would write a freaking sonnet for this place and their staff. I pray their managers see this review just as much as I hope all of Orlando sees this. Burger Angels I'm telling you. Go here to see for yourself. 6 stars all day, every day for this place.
