Review Flippers Pizzeria - Winter Springs

The pizza was very good, the service was excellent and the price was reasonable. They cook the pizza in a 600 degree brick oven which makes for a really nice crust. Worth checking out.

Poor service had to ask for a refill. My pizza was wrong, they didn't put olives on that. I ordered and added them on after it was cooked. They claimed to use romaine hearts but my salad was only the bitter dark green leaves. My waitress took my debit card and I asked another waitress what was wrong after about five minutes later. It was probably the worst experience I have had in a long time. I won't be going back.

Their pizza is really great, especially for a chain restaurant. Their hours are great and are open lately. However, their calzones are grainy and just not something I would ever order again.

I ordered 2 pizza's online this evening at 7:00 pm and it showed that it would be delivered with in 45 min. I called at 8:00 and was told that the pizza had just left. At 8:30 I called back and asked to speak to a manager, I told him that I was still waiting for a pizza I ordered at 7:00 and was told at 8:00 it was on the way. He put me on hold then came back and said my order had not even been started and he would have it to me in 30 min. I don't care if you have the best pizza in the world, you have the worst customer service I have experienced in years. In fact I can not remember the last time I was lied to so blatantly and then your employees did not even try to get the pizza out.

Why does this crust taste so gooooood? Service is excellent, and it's a good price point for lunch and dinner. Get the deluxe pizza with a side of the Alfredo sauce, it's the best!

ordered a pizza for delivery, they sent me the wrong pizza, i had two pizza's i could have done anything with and someone had mine, all they did was pick up the food from each wrong delivery and correct it, i could have spit in it or done anything bad to someone elses food, manager did not understand, obvioulsy i did not do anything, but they should review there policies in regards to this. think about it.

Pizza was ok. My wife wanted flat bread. Service was kind of "deer in the headlights"...I'm still waiting for water refill;)

I love the thin crust and burnt ends you get with a 600°F oven. Ol' fashion pizza at its best!

We tried to eat here tonight with 11 people for my sons birthday but when we got there it was 87 degrees inside and they said it is always like this. We have always gone to other flippers locations and have always had such great service and food but cannot take that type of heat so for now we will go some place else! We would love to be able to come to this location because of its convenience but unless they figure out the inside temp we will not be returning! :(

The pizza was great! The sauce, not too 'spicy', plenty of cheeze! Perfect crust. Ok now please please please OPEN A FLIPPPERS PIZZERIA in Apopka.

Staying inside disney world, options were limted. resort food was a nightmare but thats another story. I read and read all these awesome reviews about this place called flippers. I called at 800pm... they said it would be 45 to 55 minutes on tghe delivery. they finally showed up at 930pm. so on top of being late, it was not good pizza. it was the worst pizza I've had in years. the resrt pizza was the worst until I had flippers. I'm a firm believer that there is no bad pizza, this vacation proved otherwise. my wife said it was the greasiest pizza ever.

One of the best pizza places in the area including Tampa. Everytime we're near the area we'll go by or just order some half done and finish cooking at the house... Awesome!

Not Flipping for Flippers. Tried Flippers for the first time with not very good results. The pizza had very little toppings. Something a manager should train his people to make sure every pizza goes out the door right. Pizza sauce was just a sauce and the thin crust was greasy. The garlic bread was good and the bruchetta was ok too. All in all we won't call for another Flippers' pizza unless we hear better feedback from others. To be fair we have had bad Papa Johns and Pizza Hut too in the past but a well-made Papa Johns that is hot and fresh is about the best chain pizza out there for us.

Great pizza, great service.. Flippers Pizzeria in Winter Springs is by far the best chain pizza I've ever had. Their traditional crust pie makes the list of my top 5 favorite pizzas in central Florida. The toppings are fresh, the sauce is excellent and the crust is a perfect balance of crunchy and chewy. Our server, Dawn-Marie was terrific as well. Very friendly, helpful and attentive. A gentleman whose name I did not get, but assume to be the manager also came by our table to make sure everything was satisfactory. A big thumbs up all around for Flippers in Winter Springs.

We've went to the one at Old Town in Kissimmee for years, we were excited to see the one in Red Bug! Some of the best pizza in the area!

Great new local pizza place!. A friend and I visited the Lake Mary one a few weeks back and I was happy to find the Winter Springs one closer to home. They have great pizza and you can't beat their lunch special. Highly suggest you check it out-you won't be disappointed!

Sublime!. Honestly, I saw this place and thought it was just another Red Brick, but never before have I ever purchased a pizza that looked exactly what was on the cover of the menu. It smelt good and tasted better. This is a gem of the Winter Springs area. Just phenomenal pizza.

They really dont lie when it says the perfect pizza on the box. i ordered the large big pie and was more than satisifed with the product and its overwhelming amout of toppings. i highly reccomend this establishment to anybody who is in the mood for a good pizza.

Good Pizza just a little disappointed. Got the flippers flyer on our door- was excited that they opened in the local area. Ordered their 2 topping large pie coupon special for $13.00. Ordered tomato and broccoli on the pie. When we received it- there was literally a handful of each barely enough to sprinkle on the pie. Each slice didn't have both toppings it was like eating a regular cheese pizza. We also got the Deluxe pie (no special or coupon) and was disappointed with that pie as well the toppings on this pie was lacking as well. Good Pizza just disappointed that there were hardly any toppings on our pies, not sure if I can convince the boyfriend to try this pizza place again since he loves the one that's closer (although it doesn't deliver). I really wish I took a picture of the pies to post with this comment- I know it's fairly a new store and I hope they get their act together because they have good pizza.

Awesome sauce, awesome dough, awesome sausage. The best pizza outside of Chicago! ! !
