Very bad customer Service!!
We stayed a few 3-4 minutes at the window and she had a headphones and she couldn’t see us.
I ask 4 same ice cream and soon as she ring me up. I ask one to change before even she start to make the ice cream. She ignore and they say we will do what we charged you already.
Got the chicken tenders. So good! And my dog got an ice cream treat!
Ok no! The fruits are not sweet. Ice cream was not thick n creamy n sweet. Nathan's chikin tenders yuck n fries were extremely salty n the cheese also extremely salty microwaved items. Bruster's by lake brantley is by far the best!
The service tonight was absolutely unexpected i pulled through the drive in and a young girl working said she would be with me in just a moment 10 minutes later and me repeating “hello” twice the car in-front of me who had their order taken leaves so I waited a few minutes more only to pull up to se
One of our family's favorite dessert places. It is conveniently located, so we can drive our car or bikes to it. The prices seem reasonable and the potions are generous. Always guaranteed to bring out the "happy!"
Small, quaint, fast service. Nice easy eating outside. Took my granddaughter here and she loved the ice cream. Banana split was big and couldn't finish it. Spent an hour relaxing and eating ice cream perfect....
Great customer service and the fries are amazing, love the hot dogs too but need to get better sauerkraut no flavor with the kraut you are serving now!
The guy who took my order over the phone is rude and hangs up before you can even finish. He sounds super mundane, like he couldn't care less and questioned my order cause it was small. Lol 🤦🏽♀️
UPDATE to response: If there wasn't a guy then don't let him pick up phone calls and take orders 🙄
