Very bad customer Service!!
We stayed a few 3-4 minutes at the window and she had a headphones and she couldn’t see us.
I ask 4 same ice cream and soon as she ring me up. I ask one to change before even she start to make the ice cream. She ignore and they say we will do what we charged you already. I ask even less cost ice cream she just ignore to make work what customer want. What a ignorer” omg I couldn’t believe to be that rude! Never will recommend this place and never be back.

Ok no! The fruits are not sweet. Ice cream was not thick n creamy n sweet. Nathan's chikin tenders yuck n fries were extremely salty n the cheese also extremely salty microwaved items. Bruster's by lake brantley is by far the best!

The service tonight was absolutely unexpected i pulled through the drive in and a young girl working said she would be with me in just a moment 10 minutes later and me repeating “hello” twice the car in-front of me who had their order taken leaves so I waited a few minutes more only to pull up to see both workers inside leaning against a table on their phones with no headsets on :.. and to think i used to enjoy coming to this establishment.... sad..

One of our family's favorite dessert places. It is conveniently located, so we can drive our car or bikes to it. The prices seem reasonable and the potions are generous. Always guaranteed to bring out the "happy!"

Small, quaint, fast service. Nice easy eating outside. Took my granddaughter here and she loved the ice cream. Banana split was big and couldn't finish it. Spent an hour relaxing and eating ice cream perfect....

The guy who took my order over the phone is rude and hangs up before you can even finish. He sounds super mundane, like he couldn't care less and questioned my order cause it was small. Lol 🤦🏽♀️
UPDATE to response: If there wasn't a guy then don't let him pick up phone calls and take orders 🙄

DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE OWNER, WORST SERVICE EVER!. Went today because of an ad I saw in a Magazine for Seminole county parents (Parenting) for kids free ice cream deals for summertime. Not only did they not honor the promotion, but the owner, a man, actually argued with me, raised his voice at me, and was extremely rude! I ordered anyway since I had promised my two kids (spent as little as possible though) and sat down to enjoy our time. A few minutes into our family time, the owner came out of the restaurant, came to our table and proceeded to start an argument with me all over again, saying I am wrong and I cant read, and he is right. This was horrible. He made a scene of us and all I did was ask about this promotion and still ordered. I will never go to this location again!

Great ice cream. Bruster's ice cream in Winter Springs, FL has excellent ice cream. They have a wide array of ice cream flavors that are made fresh daily. The food is good as well. They have chicken tenders, hot dogs, fries, and cheeseburgers. The manager is always on site and is friendly. The customer service is excellent and the speed of service is exceptional. The store is also very clean.

Served by the manager. Served personally by the manager who had a friendly attitude and clean appearance. He cooked an amazing cheeseburger that compared to no other I've had before along with a thick, creamy, chocolate shake that went perfect with the fresh fries. Highly recommend going here for a little treat.

Even has Ice Cream Treats for Dogs. They have really good ice cream, something for everyone including dogs! Just bring in your dog and they get a scoop of ice cream with half of a dog bone on top.. Great place for the whole family to go to and its affordable.
