We recently had an event at the brewery. Ashlan and the brewery staff were as accommodating as they possibly could have been. They made the night fantastic for our family and friends. In addition, the service level and beverages that were served were wonderful. We highly recommend this establishment as a place to meet and have a great time. Thanks to Ashlan and the Red Cypress. You guys are awesome!
Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful when it comes to learning about their beer selection. I'm new to craft beer so I appreciate their patience. The beer is phenomenal, lots of choices, tasty combinations (stawberry and Nutella), and plenty available to take out. My hubby, the beer connoisseur, was extremely pleased and we will be returning soon.
The beers here are killer and the staff is even better. Came down from Maine and was treated like a local, I can't praise this place enough.

Ive never had a bad time at this brewery. It's absolutely fantastic. The facilities are clean. You can view the production process. Staff is warm and knowledgeable. The beer is of award deserving (and winning) quality. My only gripe is that we don't have one in Winter Park. It's a first class drinking experience.
Started with what I anticipated would be my favorite... the award-winning amber. It was great. Then I moved on to the milk stout, which (dare I say) might have been better. Finished off with the imperial mocha, which truly surprised and amazed me. Loved the staff, and the facility looked great. Needs a few more TVs, but I will absolutely be back! Highly, highly recommended!
Stopped in for the first time yesterday to meet up with a friend after work and had such a nice experience. Staff was very friendly and helped guide our choices of beer. Overall very nice place, and a good meetup spot for friends to catch up in a casual atmosphere. Will be back again!!
