Management at this burger king is wonderful and so is their staff. At least the morning we went for breakfast they were wonderful towards me and my daughter. Very helpful and kind. You don't usually get that at these fast food joints. I'm not going to go into detail about why they were so great but let's just say I truly appreciated their treatment. Thank you again.

It's the Burger King it's not like of course the onion rings if that's what you could call them. But anyway it's the home of the Whopper my favorite fast food Burger. This Burger King was fast and efficient and it looked well kept. I noticed the staff was very thin I still did a very good job of taking our orders and getting it correct. No issues here at all.

This Burger King location restores my faith in their fast food chain. I can't tell you how many other locations I have been to where I am the only customer in the drive thru and have an extra long wait time, for only one meal.
But this location serves food quickly, and staff is friendly. I have never received the wrong item from this location.
Meanwhile other locations, when I order and pay through the app, I've had to pull around the store and wait in the parking lot for over 20 minutes only to receive incorrect food, partial orders and wrong drink flavors.
This location on Red Bug may not be my closest BK location, but definitely worth driving the extra time for quality service. 😁

It's been awhile since at BK. When did BK stop putting tomatoes and lettuce on burgers? Got too much mustard. That's all I could taste. Would not recommend those chicken fries. Coke had a flowery scent and didn't taste right. No option to dine in. It will be a long, very long time before I go back for just an eh experience.

This burger King has the best pickles and usually always makes my food the way I ask. The drive thru NEEDS TO GET REPAVED like 10 years ago. The people there have changed since last year when all the employees had bad attitudes like they couldn't be bothered and sounded annoyed at anything you said to them.. I think management stepped up in that department which if so, thank god.

The worst BK service ever.
Waited 20min first order came out wrong with reheated mozzarella sticks and the second time around( because they forgot to put the fries) and added chocolate syrup to the watery Oreo sundae... yuck. They gave me reheated onion ring literally crumbled almost shattered my tooth when I bit into it.. the whopper taste like it was old and burned.. absolutely awful!

Probably the worst BK I've ever been to. Takes too long to get orders out. The drink....disgusting. all I wanted was a diet coke and I tossed it after my first sip driving down the road. Fries were undercooked and. Unsalted and the burger was not what it used to be. Brutal and won't be back

I go back every few months thinking that maybe it could have been fixed by staff or management changes since the last time I went. I continue to be reminded that it's not the staff, it's the ownership that continues to fail this place. There are absolutely no redeeming factors for this BK. Staff is useless, facility (though remodeled a few years ago) is dirty and falling apart, and the food is ALWAYS cold, microwaved to death, or just plain gross from sitting too long. And don't even get me started on the fries... Just keep driving past.

I was craving a Big Fish(haven't been here in a while) . . specifically asked no lettuce. . Guess what I got... yup.. lettuce. And the fish was old... definitely learned my lesson.
