The hot and ready is the way to go if you are in a rush. There is nothing wrong with a sumptuous cheese pizza either. Simplicity is nice, everybody likes it, and nobody has to pick off something they do not like. Plus, no crying children because they don’t like the mushrooms touching the pepperoni. Even better? It’s cheap!

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. however, if the manager of the store doesn't care enough about to customer what does it say about the food? my experience when purchasing some pizza for my family (again... U get what you pay for) I was in a rush and chose this store for a quick dinner. the manager dropped my pizza on the counter like trash.. when his employee said "wow, you just going to drop his pizza like that? " not noticing that I saw what was going on... he said "oh well, he'll eat it" after checking the pizza and letting him know I saw what he did, he made no offers to resolve... Nor did he apologize. Not going there again!

We ordered a pizza on the phone. We had to wait 15 minutes and we ordered peparoni, mushrooms, sausage and xtra sauce. We got there and they told us our order was ready but cold. We went to pick it up right away. No xtra sauce or mushrooms. Sorry we will not be ordering from there again we order there once a week. I called and no sorry or we will give you another pizza. Pathetic. I'm sorry you lost our business.

In recent months, this store has seemed to clean up their act quite well. But then again, compared to that beyond pitiful service I received about 5 months ago, any efforts they've made since should be considered a good overall turnaround. Let's just say that particular experience was bad enough to have made many not want to order from another LC ever again. At this point, my biggest gripe is during most visits when I first set foot inside and my order isn't ready; I always order ahead through the app. The staff always seems caught off-guard as to why I'm there (even the ones I've interacted with previously) and are unwilling or unable to ask a set of simple yes or no questions. Instead, I typically get asked something out of place... even though they surely encounter such a scenario on a regular basis.

First time here. Our regular LC has hot and ready in 4 varieties. This one didn’t. Told it would take 8 minutes to make our pepperoni pizza. It was over 10. But it was tasty.

I come to this Little Ceasars every few weeks and always feel the service is good. On my visit yesterday I experienced excellent customer service and a very welcoming approach by the young girl at the counter. She was pleasant and professional and made sure to thank me and make me feel like my business was appreciated. Although young, I could see she takes her job seriously and cares about what she was doing. Kudos to Brianna and to Little Caesar's for hiring young people who are making a difference.

The pizza has been fresh everytime I've come to this location. Some of the other locations will give you a pizza that's been sitting all day. Service was fast. It was a in and out kind of thing. Would definately recommend for anyone trying to have pizza without the wait.

There was just one cashier for a line of customers. The cashier was taking her time. Very bad experience.
