Worst management and service Iโve ever seen in all of fast food (which really puts the bar on the floor) consistently get orders wrong almost every time and if you have the audacity to point out there was a mistake they have the attitude of โwell too badโ. Have consistently seen them arguing with customers out the drive thru window and also at the few young employees that actually try to have an ounce of work ethic..been a supervisor in food for years and would never let this fly. Seems like a very toxic place to work and feel sorry for those few good ones who are always polite and try to make things right.

Terrible attention. 30 minutes waiting for my order. Firstly, the entrance door was closed at 8:00 pm. After waiting 30 minutes, they placed my bags there and did not say the number of the order. How could I know that it was mine. The employees walked from one side to the other, drank refreshments, talked, laughed, and that's not counting the row of cars because they didn't attend to them either. I will never return, and I know that like me there will be thousands.๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

Friendly, helpful staff. Hard time working order kiosk, they were more than helpful when taking my order at the counter! Clean store and nice location!

My favorite thing about McDonaldโs is their fries fresh out the oil. I try not to eat too much fast food nowadays but when I get that craving that is my go to.

I just went through the drive through on Christmas Eve. The staff got my order wrong. I told the manager through the window. She took my hamburger and threw it in front of her staff. They told me to park but I went in to tell the staff Merry Christmas and they were doing a great job. The manager then walked out and slammed the door, came back in on her phone and when her staff asked her a question she walked right past them with a terrible attitude. The one staff member said she was so sorry and they were short staffed. I let her know they did not deserve to be treated that way. If you are short staffed you might want to be kind to the staff that is there for you on a holiday. It is her job as a leader to love and lead her team. I am so sorry her staff was treated that way.

Something as simple as coffee should not be hard. The servers do not listen to any of the orders in drive thru or someone does not follow the order tickets in the kitchen. Someone needs to retrain their employees.

I just went through the drive through and got a sausage biscuit so there isn't much chance of having anything to complain about. For a Thursday between 9:30 & 10a.m. it was fast.

Order was given clearly and not followed. Large coffee ordered with 4 cream and received with no cream. Only McD's to upcharge .80 for a large coffee with a breakfast meal deal. Disappointed!

We were thrilled that our McDonald's opened so quickly after the catastrophic hurricane Irma on Sunday, September 10, 2017. It was so nice to be in air conditioning and be able to use wifi. Thank you McDonald's on 434, Winter Springs, Florida.

I must make mention of this - each morning Doug and I have made a short trip over to our local McDonald's, where it has been a zoo. Lines of people ordering, cars filling the parking lot, either parking or going through the takeout and limited menus posted each morning of product they can offer for the day. There are no frills - no milk for my coffee, no ice cream these last days ๏ฟฝ, no oatmeal, etc BUT MAN OH MAN, THERE ARE SO MANY SMILES!!! The staff here has been so friendly and PATIENT throughout this long week. Everyone is waiting for power to be restored and this morning we can actually see that so many have theirs back, because the lines are minimal now. JOB WELL DONE, MCDONALD's STAFF AT WINTER SPRINGS TOWN CENTER!!!
