A really inviting cafe in Winthrop. Fairly good amount of indoor and outdoor seating.
The breakfast sandwich was quite good and a decent size.
Love Adriana, great local coffee shop with great coffee (one of the rare cold brew I like around) and awesome (rectangular = more top!) muffins.
Beyond the cozy inside, they have two patios, including one on the ocean side looking at the Boston skyline.

My husband and I finished our long weekend in Massachusetts with a couple hours before our flight, but had already returned our car. The service was fantastic. They let us try a pastry on the house! It was great coffee and good pastries. But the view of downtown Boston was wonderful. Very cozy spot for morning coffee and pastry.
Fantastic stop on our way out of town. We had brunch and were extremely pleased with the food, service and tables by the bay watching the boat docks and planes taking off from Logan.

This place makes the best Bfast sandwiches. I can’t seem to get here in time to get one of their s’mores cookies, but I’ll keep trying.

I come here frequently and very much enjoy their coffee and pastry selection. Their pizza is pretty solid as well. This is a fantastic place to come work with great views of the city. Lots of comfortable seating.

Fantastic view, great food, and the best most flavorful sicilian slice of zah you will find in Boston (native New Yawkah here). Service is great for a small spot! Highly recommend to all, and I will regret this, but the weekend breakfast slice is a hidden gem.

What a beautiful place! First time and came in because my 84 mom wanted a coffee roll. There was one left and she was so happy!! The beautiful young lady that helped me was just so kind and friendly. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area!
in the dozens of times I've gone, The staff work hard to keep line moving. Staff is always polite. Set up/atmosphere is very enjoyable
Excellent Coffee, cozy place by the water + spectacular view of Boston and Airport. Egg and cheese sandwich below average though. Nothing is perfect. But do recommend for the coffee and the spot.
