The workers attitudes are ridiculous. Rather than explain to you why you can’t order in store they give you an attitude about it and tell you, “the rules have changed” they proceed to tell you that the reason is that there are only 3 workers and that’s why, worst customer service.
Worst customer service experience ever. I literally call and instantly get put on hold for more than 30 minutes. Call from a different number while on hold for 30+ minutes and get asked to place an order with the other line. So basically if your on hold wait while new callers take their order.
