Great staff and service, and as usual, coldstone has the best ice cream out of anywhere! Hands down.
We visited Coldstone at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon when it was 11 degrees out and we weren't the only ones with that idea! Only one young lady working serving a steady stream of over 20 people in the time we were there, Kerrigan did a fantastic job getting through all the orders and keeping a smil
Went to this place twice for dates. Both times the ice cream was phenomenal. Their cheesecake flavors are fantastic and it's fun watching the servers scoop the ice cream with the metal paddles. If you get one ice cream to share, they automatically put two spoons into it for you so you don't have to
the ice cream is super delicious and the staff extraordinary nice. ended up talking about k-pop with a super sweet employee :)

Worst service I have had in quite some time. We waited several minutes with no one working the front, only to have three workers come out of the back and appear annoyed that we rang their bell. For a place that had signs everywhere about being happy, these three were close to the most unpersonable
The ice cream here is quite expensive. However there are many choices. The quality of the ice cream is top grade. Once you pick your flavor you can choose from either pre-made selection or customize your ice cream.
Workers seem clueless, messy store front, gave me ice cream in a messy cup that was dripping all over.
