Wisconsin dells by Kalahari, It took my over 15 minutes to receive one sandwich. There was four people working behind the counter..I thought it was supposed to be Freaky Fast..Was very disappointed..And the bread was very hard..

Freaky Fast nope Freaky Rude! Update: They responded with go to JJ for feedback. I don't want anything I wanted it to be known. Really don't like the fact that you want me to do more work to help you fix your rude employees. Love Jimmy Johns and have not returned since this happened.

I usually get good service from this location, however having seen and heard first hand how this location screwed up an order and flat out refused to correct the mistake it made, I will now have to think twice. I’ve never heard a manager scream out “I’m not making her a *bleep* new sandwich” before.
