I understand short staffing can mean a 15 minute wait. But to be out of bread? Come on. A Reuben on a bun is just weird.
It took more than a reasonable amount of time to get my order. The Au Jus seemed water down. I have had better. The person taking the order seemed courteous. The sandwich was good.
I love arbys! Eat there alot. Unfortunately this Arby's is poorly run. I've tried a few times to go but each time I get stuck in line....both inside and the drivethru...drive thru.... for so long I just leave. This time I waited over 20 minutes after I reached the drive thru box before pulling out

The workers seemed overwhelmed and behind on orders. Took about 15 minutes to get my food. Food was good.
The chicken sandwich was fantastic! Cooked fresh and hot. The woman at the window was friendly... although she did forget our cookie order.
Plus it was much more affordable than the food prices at our waterpark resort.
Their chicken tender sandwich was really tasty and as a 2 for $6, very reasonable price.
Love the gyros. The peach lemonade is great too.
