Their sign says they close at 10:00 p.m. and yet at 9:45 p.m. when I arrived they refused service to me saying that they were closed. I haven’t been a Jack fan. There chicken sandwich is good and much better than other fast food restaurants. Nice lettuce and tomato. The customer service was fine.

Food was completely tasteless and they are way overpriced. The only positive about this specific location is the guy at the drive thru was very nice. Ordered onion rings and chicken tenders with fries and everything was basically plain with no seasoning. Gross.

If your feeling hungry. You should try the double sourdough patty melt. It is a very heavy burger if you have not eaten all day. I recommend it plus theres a lot to choose from that's also filling in the stomach and not so much on the pocket. Friendly staff and establishment is clean.

Two people can't work alone in a drive through. Took 30 minutes from ordering to paying and picking up the food. They apologized, only to give me the food somewhat warm and no napkins. I have tried coming through this drive thru at night for the past few months, and for being advertised "24-hour drive thru", you guys seem to close pretty early. They need lights !!! The menu board is never lit up or the outside lights. It doesnt feel safe and I would never go there alone.
