Went here with my lady friends to celebrate my birthday and it did not disappoint. I got the sirloin and it was fantastic. Henry the manager gave us free desserts for my birthday. Everything in their kitchen is made fresh daily. Payton was a good server and Henry the manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend 10/10

The food here was great with the exception of the herb crusted halibut I had for my entrée. I loved the shrimp appetizer, the mashed potatoes, and the bread with the sauce they give you to start out with is phenomenal. However, there was something I just didn't like about that fish. I dont know if it needed a different sauce with it, was overcooked, or what, but I didn't enjoy it. I also didn't care for my mocktail. It needed more flavor.

I love this place! I have came here in the afternoon, dinner, and late night for drinks. It is always a joy to be here the waitress is super friendly and Henry who I think is the manager always makes me feel like I'm at home. I come here for the amazing food and even better service.

Cool casual restaurant. Server seemed stressed but was still nice. Both managers were also kind and accommodating. Covered outside seating with heaters! Crayons for kids menu suck.

My friend and I got dinner last night at Not your Average Joes. Renee was our server and he was super attentive and friendly. We had a great time, all our food was cooked perfectly. I got the sweet and sour chicken bowl and my friend got the chicken caprese sandwich which were both 10/10. We also got a chocolate chip cookie a la mode 7.8/10. Overall, we had a great time because our server Renee was excellent.

Food was great. Portions huge. Daughter had fish & chips, I had the Haddock. Appetizers were the cheese steak egg rolls. Complimentary bread. Yum. We had to get take home containers, couldn't finish our meal.

My friend came in from out of town. We stopped in for lunch. Immediately she was impressed with Tizzy’s services. She knew the menu well and provided suggestions. The manager Greg stopped by and made sure we were having an awesome time. The food was so fresh and good. Special thanks to Greg. We will be back for sure ❤️

May just say that this place hit a home run. To start our server, Desarae, was amazing. She started off by asking about any allergies. As someone who is heavily allergic to poultry this was above and beyond. I wish all restaurants did this. Between her and the kitchen staff we had our food in no time. She was on top of it and checked on us just the right amount (not too little and not over the top.) She had some amazing suggestions for first timers like us.
When it came to our cocktails they were perfect. My husband loved the pineapple painkiller saying he could drink a pitch of it. I had the cucumber watermelon margarita and it was perfect for the hot day we had. It didn't have salt on the rim but I can promise you don't need it. The combination of the ingredients made the drink have a subtle salt taste which made it perfect!
When it came to the appetizers we had the ahi tuna wontons and the gluten free ahi tuna option. They were soooo good. I can't explain how phenomenal the flavors came together!
Now this all was just topped with our main courses being cooked to perfection. I had the sirloin tips rare. The we cooked perfectly and we so juicy. The just dissolved in my mouth. My husband had the ahi tuna poki bowl. It's was the perfect amount of ingredients mean there was plenty of ahi tuna for the rest of the bowl. The flavors complimented each other making it the perfect end to the evening.
We would have absolutely ordered dessert, but we're so full we couldn't take another bite.
We both agreed the cost for the amount of food and the quality was perfect!
I will 100% go back and if you go ask for Desarae! She was the perfect touch for the evening.

September 24, 2022: My sixth take out order from Joe's was not such a good experience. Ordered one large pizza with three toppings, was charged for all three. When I picked it up, I noticed the box had a seal on it and the restaurant was not busy, so I didn't check the pizza. Got it home and there only 1 topping on half the pizza. Called the restaurant immediately, explained the problem and was told a manager would call me back. A week later haven't heard from anyone. Paid the nearly $40 for the one large pizza, taxes and tip. So, best advice open and check the pizza.
July 2022: My first time ordering from JOE'S. Pepperoni and Sausage pizza 🍕 😋. Cooked well done and it was excellent. Generous with the toppings. Very good. Highly recommend. I will go back and eat in. Follow up to come. ☆☆☆☆ 1/2 stars for the pizza 🍕.

It was our first time here. I was looking forward to it since Yelp raved about the service and food. First it took about 10 mins just for the waitress to come by for drink orders. Then she brought me the wrong drink. When we finally tracked her down, she just said she doesn't drink beer so she didn't know she brought me the wrong thing. All the food was excellent! Good portions. We had to ask another waiter for utensils. Then instead of bringing us a second margarita as requested and the check, she brought us the check and to-go boxes. The 1st margarita was on point which is why we ordered another one! The 2nd one didn't even taste like a margarita. The place wasn't even really busy so no excuse for such terrible service. I still tipped her 20%, and we were pleasant to her but management needs to really work on her customer service skills!

My have husband and I went day night in Woodbridge, VA. We sat outside, which was very nice and I ordered the chicken caprese, which was lovely and absolutely delishious. My husband ordered the steak wedge, but the steak was flavorless and tough as an old boot. My meal was so good I would have given 5 stars but his was so bad, which I tasted, that I would have given only 1 star for his meal. My was extrodinary that it made up for his...so 4 stars. The steak desperately needs seasoning and a better cut of meat. Do yourself a favor and order the chicken caprese salad!!!

The Rosemary Skewered Scallops were amazing. I have never ordered scallops for a dinner out, I'm definitely glad I did. Oh, and the raspberry sorbet was on point.

My daughter took me to this particular restaurant for Mother’s Day, and I ordered French toast with a pecan sauce. When I bit into it, I cracked a tooth on a piece of shell. Because I did not have the presence of mind to spit out what was in my mouth to retrieve the piece of shell, their insurance company denied my claim for the root canal that was required the next day. The reasoning was that piece of shell is not foreign to a pecan sauce. Bad on the restaurant for not utilizing more care. Bad on corporate for not responding to my email. Bad on the insurance company for failing the reality check. I am out $1600 and I will never eat in any Not Your Average Joes restaurant again!!!
