FINALLY! My favorite Chick-Fil-A opened up their playroom again! Love this location, always fast, accurate, and friendly! My kids love the playroom being open
Generally speaking, this is a great place to eat. Very few times they have forgotten including sauces, straws or something similar.
Employees are exceptionally nice and professional.
Nevertheless, does the lady with open shoes/sandals in the kitchen and no hair net appropriate, sanitary wise?
This is one of the best Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to! I was there Saturday to get a last-minute catering order and had placed it with the manager Faith. She easily took my catering order and explained what each platter came with. It did come with a bit of a wait but I didn't mind since I saw how busy it was at the time. But overall, it was a wonderful interaction, and will be back again!
You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A! Always friendly service. I never have a problem with my order. I love their Spicy Southwest Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch! I don't go often, but it is always great when I go!
This location is pretty busy at dinner time but they never fail to provide superior service and the food is always hot and fresh. 👌👌
They have an impressive parking and drive thru area. Inside was very clean. Was thoroughly taken care of so that there was no miscommunication about what my order was, and got my order within minutes of being seated. Dining area has plenty of seating, and they have a nice play area for kids as well. Great location.
I would usually place a 3 star for this location. Had some issues in the past. Incorrect order or just not the brand exclusivity you'd expect.
Today, Gaby restored my faith. I need a last-minute catering order for breakfast. What I needed was not on the menu online to order. I called, but it's automated. I went through Google chat to contact someone, and Gaby answered in a timely fashion. She was very communicative and helpful. This was super clutch for me today!
Good Chick Fila. Their drive thru isn’t the classic super fast Chick Fila one however. The parking is ridiculous, way too tight and the drive thru line gets in the way. The food is good though. Woodbridge needs another location instead of 15 McDonalds.
I didn't eat inside; therefore, I will not be rating the atmosphere part. The only thing I would suggest when a car(s) is waiting on items that drive-thru didn't give them the establishment need to have a different area for them to wait at. Instead of blocking the drive-thru so other people can't leave. If the cars have to pull down and wait, instruct them to turn on their hazzard lights.

I stopped by this restaurant the other day to pick up something quick for the family on the way home after a long day. They didn't disappoint. You can order inside, through delivery, via their app and pick up, or go through the drive thru. They have two drive thru lanes and staff positioned outside to help you during busy times. Of course, they are extremely nice and display happy positive attitudes. The grounds are kept very tidy and are landscaped well. There is plenty of parking and it is conveniently located in a shopping plaza. I think they offer great options for sides to include Mac and cheese, applesauce, fruit, and parfait. I would absolutely recommend for a quick stop if you're in the area.
The cleanest restaurant ever! Everybody is very friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Always look forward to coming here
As always, the long....LOOOOONG lines DID NOT STOP ME because this is Chick-fil-A!!! And they ROCK AT THIS! The double long lines went faster than another drive through's short lines. Their process has just gotten better over the years.

When we pulled up it was GLOWING!! There is nothing like having to sit in line with your family waiting for dinner AND FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN A HOLIDAY LIGHT SHOW!
It was so beautiful being under all of these lights! My photos don't do it justice! Thank you for all of the effory put into these lights. My family really enjoyed them tonight!!
