This is honestly my favorite place to get Chinese food. The food is always hot, seasoned well, and portioned generously. There isn’t a million bean sprouts in my rice (preferably). It is always very clean. Service is pretty quick as well.
One of the best fried rice combinations I ever had with jumbo shrimp 🍤 I recommend this place will come back to try out another dish next time.
I love the crab rangooooons from Empire. they literally are godly and fried to perfection. I could down 10 of them with a big tub of sweet and sour sauce. Fortune cookies are a nice touch to cleanse my pallet!

2020 review: I've easily purchased carry-out from this restaurant 25+ times. I have never been disappointed. My favorites are lo mein with chicken and sesame chicken. Very good food and quick. Sampan, Empire's sister restaurant in Dale City, is also very good.
