Aburi Gardens International Restaurant - Woodbridge - Photo album

My family's go-to spot for African food. We get peanut butter soup with chicken, beef stew with jallof, oxtail with jallof and turkey tail. We usually call ahead otherwise it can take some time. The food is spicy but true African usually is. As a suggestion if your not used to spicy use boiled eggs
Food was great & service was great. The gentleman who took our order was so sweet and friendly. The food came out pretty quickly and was all plated beautifully. We ordered okra (w/ beef) & fufu, oxtails over white rice and waakye (w/ fish). Everything was delicious! We will definitely return here. T
Food was amazing. Just like My mom would make. Prepare for some heat in case you aren't comfortable with spicy foods. Palmnut soup with Goat meat, Light soup with chicken, Fufu, , Aburi Wings all were excellent. I would have loved to dine instead of doing it as takeout.
Everything about this placeeee!!! They are nice! The food. Omg the food!! Get jollaf rice and Egusi with fish and fufu!! Guys I’m telling you I usual go to rahama but I’m glad I found this place. Haven’t been to rahama since.
Quality Ghanaian meals. My favorite is the beef kebabs. Crispy and full of seasoning.
The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. There was a homey atmosphere to the place that invites you to come back.
Great Food Always! Generous servings! My favorite is Waakye (rice and beans) and fried plantain. Try their charcoal grilled Tilapia and Banku. Clean environment. Fast service for take out also. Professionalism.
I love this place. The food is really flavorful and the dishes taste very close to the dishes I had in Nigeria.
I’ve been to the only two in Alexandria that serve fufu and here… I have to say this one is definitely my favorite. Absolutely delicious, family business and good customer service. I love eating here, I come and pick up at least two three times a week. I’m west African so the food kinda hits home.
The food is always fresh, and the service is excellent
I always order the oxtail stew, they do an amazing job ,this is the only place I'll ever be eating my oxtails!! Absolutely in love with the food and the jollof rice is delicious😍🥰
Delicious but very spicy food. There is just no option for those who don't like spicy food. That to me is the only major negative. You can't just assume everyone like it the same way but I am not surprised, that is just our African service.
