Went on a Thursday night. New owner was very welcoming and showed us around. Outdoor seating area is gorgeous and inviting with fire pits and great lighting. We chose to sit upstairs in hookah lounge area, eclectic cozy decor with potential to be classy. New owner is in process of redoing the space and revamping the menu to be more Jordanien/Palestinian. The food was amazing, best falafel in town! Every bite was full of flavor and bursting with spices. Great value for amount/ quality of food. Will definitely be going back. Hoping more people give this place a try so the new owner can bring his authentic vision to life!
I came in for my first time and absolutely loved it. I am vegan and always love hummus and grape leaves but they are extra delicious here! I have NEVER enjoyed eggplant or baba ganoush but I took a chance and tried it and was blown away by the smooth, smokey flavor. Sammi treated me like family and i felt well taken care of. This is a family establishment and they do an amazing job at making sure everyone is accommodated. There is hookah available upstairs and the outdoor area would be great for a big dinner or group of friends to relax. They are open until midnight, so go enjoy the music and kick back! Food was amazing! Had been wanting to come here for awhile now since I always drive past this place and the outside looks amazing! Sadly the day my husband and I went it was raining. However the inside is really nice too they are trying to some renovations at the moment to update the place since new management took over. They have a smoking and non smoking area which was nice and I appreciated.
The food we got was the hummus appetizer which was probably some of the best hummus I’ve had so far. As well as the pita bread came out warm which I liked. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich with fries and it was so delicious. Very flavorful! My husband got the chicken shawarma plate and it was big definitely could be shared but he loved it! We both got drinks and I got the mint lemonade and I’m a lemonade girl and this was sooo good although my husband thought the mint was a bit strong but to me it was perfect so it depends on taste. My husband got their mango drink which he downed and I got to try it and it was really tasty both drinks are perfect for a summers day!
The only thing which even the new owner explained was they are short staffed due to the new management. So there was bit of a wait to order but we did sit down and it wasn’t bad honestly. Once they put in the food order it went fast from there and got our food not long after. So if you are impatient just get to go. But since we were on a date we had no issues.
Definitely recommend going and I’ll be going again.
My wife and I were first time visitors and they did not disappoint. The food was amazing. My wife had the lamb chops and I had the mix platter which consisted of lamb, chicken, beef and chicken/lamb shawarma (I think). I was surprised at the huge portions - it was a lot of food for a very reasonable price. The service was great and the atmosphere was great as well. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the outside dining patio was not available at that time - it was being hosed down and cleaned. But that’s fine the food made up for it. The owner came over and greeted us personally; then after our meal, he started telling us about upcoming events - very nice guy. We’ll definitely be coming back to this place. Great job!
I absolutely loved this place! It was our first time here, the owner was very nice and the service was excellent! The ambiance of the outdoor seating was really cute. Hookah was on point, we didn’t get a chance to try the food yet but it looked really good(will def be back to try some). I would recommend 100%.

Stopped here for dinner with the hubby since we hadn’t had Mediterranean food in a while since moving from Georgia. And we are very pleased to have found this place. I don’t know if many know about this place cause it was very empty when we went. The food was great and the have hookah here also so it was a double win. I had the gyro platter and hubby had the mix grill platter. We also had the hummus to start. Will definitely come back when I’m in Woodbridge again
I recently dined here, and I must say, their service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable, providing timely service and answering any questions I had. The attention to detail and genuine care they showed truly made a difference. I highly recommend Zuroonas Grill for their outstanding service and will definitely be returning soon.

Ohhhhhhh my!
What a pleasant surprise!
My husband has driven past the restaurant several times and suggested we have dinner there one night when we weren’t sure of where to go.
The restaurant itself is pretty nondescript. It’s a stone near Lowes/a strip mall. The furnishings aren’t new and shiny, and your food is served with plastic utensils.
Now, let’s talk about the food!
Firstly, I wish I had taken photos before we got started. Don’t worry - we’ll be back again and I’ll replace the pics.
We ordered mint lemonades ($8 each) and WOW! It came out frozen/blended - AMAZING flavor. I would literally just go there to pick up one of those to go instead of a Tropical Smoothie or something. DELICIOUS!
We ordered tabouleh - seriously the best I’ve ever had. SO refreshing and flavorful, and it was perfect with the lemonade.
My husband ordered the Kafta Kabob meal ($16) and I ordered the Chicken Shawerma ($17).
Oh, the flavor y’all…
Now listen, we lived in the Mediterranean for 5 years and have lots of legit food. We KNOW good food.
Don’t let the less than flashy furnishings fool you.

I heard owners changed and decided to go back. It was worth going back the new owner is so nice. Me and my friend had the beef burger with mezeh platter and it was amazing best halal beef burger in virginia. You can tell those falafels are fresh! 10/10 will definitely come again

It was authentic, we tried both chicken and beef and they tasted so delicious. The garlic sauce was great! Thank you Sami and your team for the great service and delicious shawarma!
The atmosphere is a great, the owner is a professional, polite, and always checking on customers if everything is good. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. It’s really great place especially the outdoor area. I recommend this place to go to check the food and other services.
The outdoor setting drew us in and and now the food will keep us coming. We ordered the beef and chicken shwarma and lamb kabob and falafel (so good). My favorite was the mint lemonade. To die for.
