I just moved back to VA a couple weeks ago and now I have this Tropical Smoothie place downstairs and I am addicted to their early morning happy hour!! It costs me only $2 and some change to get my chia banana peanut butter smoothie and they even have great club sandwiches. Very friendly manager in the mornings who greets me by my name every time I go there. They make me feel welcomed

I got the sunrise sunset smoothie and I’m hooked! I can drink this everyday. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. They have a lot of healthy options like adding honey instead of sugar to the smoothies and add ons like B12 and fat burner. This store was very accessible and has a lot of parking. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed at hotel close to business. Great customer service from Garette, good prices, plenty of seating. Garette recommended a smoothie "Bahama Mama" which was delicious. Plenty of parking.
I typically order online. Never had an issue with a wrong order or customer service. Smoothies are good and the food is good.
Live really close, so it’s a super convenient spot. I’ve stopped in here on many occasions to grab a quick post workout smoothie. Always have gotten great service and the smoothies taste fresh and delicious. Will continue to be a customer.
I came to Tropical Smoothie 10 mins before closing and the cashier informed me, very rudely, that she could not take my order because I was too late. As I was about to leave, a young female worker by the name of Halima said very kindly that she did not mind taking my order. Even though the same rude cashier kept persisting that she should not take my order and even went as far as cursing, Halima still took my order with a smile under her mask. I am giving the 5 stars to her and her great customer service. Continue being kind and don’t let anyone convince you to change Halima.
