Went in for a late-night bite with a friend of mine. The service was good, but the cashier didn't understand that I wanted to use a coupon from the app. even after she did understand, she struggled to scan the coupon and put it into the system, holding up the line and just making our ordering proces
Service was not good. I ordered a large iced coffee, my daughter ordered a large drink they handed her a small drink she told them she ordered large. We were asked to park they would bring it to her. We waited to be give another small. When asked why her cup was smaller they could not give reason.
I find it crazy that I went inside the restaurant due to the long line at drive thru. I was told by staff there was no cashier I had to order from the computers. I don't think thar should be the only option some people are not able to figure thar out or they have cash. Very disappointing 😞
