Food was still good and warm after waiting for 10-15 minutes there were cars behind me and I get they may be short staffed but they gotta pick up the paste
Adam and Kyree were absolutely wonderful they helped me with an error on my order and they were kind, professional, and efficient. I’m so happy with their service!
Fast, food was fresh and the right temperature, want sloppily thrown together like some places.
Please give this guy named Adam a raise. He was super patient with our order and I saw him double check the bag to make sure our order was correct! He also has really excellent customer service! He had a warm and happy greeting when taking our order and just overall just makes me wanna come back more often!
If this is Elden st Herndon Taco Bell, they still sell $5 cravings Box that includes a chalupa, a taco and 5 layered burrito plus m drink and crisps!

I've been to many Taco Bells in my life, but this Taco Bell deserved a review. My family was a little extra because we asked for extra things on the items we ordered, but the woman working the drive thru was kind and didn't make us feel rushed like we normally do. The food hands down was the best I've ever had at Taco Bell. You asked for extra cheese and sauce, and they GAVE it to you. Highly recommend and kudos to the crew 👏
Amazing customer service at the drive thru! They were all very polite, energetic and overall pleasant. Most places, workers sound miserable, at this location you could tell they enjoy it! They also got us to try the cinnamon twists with nacho cheese…..AMAZING. Thank you for making my 9pm taco bell experience a little more enjoyable.
Fast service, Friendly employees. My Tacos fell apart even tho I ate my food in the parking lot.
This place has turned around quite a bit since I've moved here over 5 years ago so my rating has gone up to 5 from a 3. I really enjoy going to this taco bell now and yes sometimes it can get really backed up around dinner time or later, but the food is always good (always just double check your food still, accidents happen) but the people who work here have always been friendly and kind to me which I always really appreciate.
I went through the drive thru when they were pretty busy. They forgot my chips and cheese as well as my churros so I had to go inside but other than that, the food was good. The young lady that took my order was very polite and kind. She definitely has excellent customer service skills and I wish I would have asked for her name so I could give her a shout out on here. May God bless her.
There is particular lady that works the drive through that is always so pleasant and very nice. White lady short hair and short stature. Very nice lady. Taco Bell better give her a raise!!
