I enjoy the wonderful cinnamon aroma as you approach and it really entices you to buy something! The counter staff is friendly and efficient and the store is kept clean and tidy. There is seating for you to relax and enjoy your sweet treat. My order was made quickly and tasted soo good.

I killed a roach while I was there. Looked further and they were crawling around the register. The man at the counter acknowledged them and said the exterminator was coming. He was also not wearing gloves As he grabbed people's Cinnabons with tongs and them handled the register.

Everytime I go to the mall I can't miss the opportunity to get some cinnabons they are so delicious, the staff is friendly and they inform you of their prices/ discounts which is really helpful and very appreciated
