The manager ( indian guy) at drive through window is very rude at this location. He always ruins my coffee and also curses at customers . He doesn’t even know how to scan barcodes from the phone. I am surprised that dunkin would even let this person work at their location.
This Dunkin Donuts should be the example of what an efficient drive-thru is run like. Also Mohamed the night worker is exceptional and friendly. DD corporate should use this store as an example to other franchisees.
