We were on the way home from a concert out of town, exhausted. No food in sight, when by chance we spotted a small sing for a Jack n the box. This was not a fav but considering how scarce fast food was at this time of night we went with it. Boy am I glad we did! Absolutely Perfect in every way! From the service to the fresh buns, patties, and fries this place completely wow'd me. I can't remember the last time the food was fresh, the order was quick, and the guy working the window that night ...U NEED TO MAKE HIM MANAGER!!! All smiles, polite, made sure we had everything we needed and even parted ways with a "Have a blessed evening." This was an experience EVERY fast food restaurant should strive for. Kudos to u my friend. If we come through this way again u can bet we'll be by, only this time we'll be tipping! Thank u for making me a believer in cx service again.
Food great - service not so much. Quoted 1 price then asked for $10 more at window. Paid, then friend said happened to them. $10 more exactly?!?!?!
Been here a bunch of times. They are always quick and tastes good. Order is accurate like 98% of the time which is way better than other fast food spots
