COVID has limited the variety of ingredients for your creation and the heap size. But the right combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chili will complement your protein. And they offer brown rice as well.

Was in the area for a couple weeks for work. My coworkers love this place and after they took me I know why. The food was great and the employees were great too. I got the lo mien style noods, sprouts, mixed veggies, baby carrots, bamboo shoots and water crescents with a few scoops of the hot oil
They’re very generous with their sauces, but I wish they’d allow more peanuts. Really helps with the texture imo. I’ve loved this place since I was a kid. Make your own bowl, pick your meat option and watch it be cooked. Some of the cooks I find a bit more lively and interactive with the cooking foo
This was my first time here, and I loved it!! The spicy Mongolian sauce was amazing, and they provided a lot of it. The prices were really fair, the portions were large, they had a kid-sized bowl, and it makes a lot of sense to not have servers when you can just get your own drink refills.
The food here is very good. The ingredient addition is done by a staff member from behind plexiglass. I wish I had the ability to place my own choices of ingredients into my bowl.
Make sure to ask for PLENTY of sauce. I wish I had gotten 5 scoops instead of 2. It is delicious.
