Fantastic view & atmosphere. I had the filet and it was delicious! All the food looked great and my picky 9yo loved the food & watching the boats. Def recommend.
Besides the amazing views overlooking the water between Martha's Vineyard and Woods Hole in Falmouth, the food was just amazing. With ambience that included the whimsy of nautical paraphernalia hanging from the ceiling which made for a delightful theme, to the delectable choices of classic fish and chips(my favorite), there was something for everyone in our family to please eclectic and dietary preferences. My hubby sampled the turkey club which has become his new best thing while my older, vegetarian daughter applauded the grilled cheese as one of the best. Even our finicky eater, little Addison was pleased as can be and devoured the tasty chicken fingers and fries. All in all, lunch at Landfall was like a ray of sunshine on this cloudy day! We will be back!
We had lunch here Saturday, the food was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and the view was awesome. We had fish & chips, beef tips, onion soup, lobster bisque and the kids lobster. Everything was prepared well and tasted good.

Went to dinner on a very busy Friday night. The dining room was packed the view was awesome. The food came out perfect and the desserts were great. Our server was excellent.
What's not to love about it? Food is great, staff is great, decor is great, and location is great. This is the place to go if you are sightseeing in the area. Or, if you are leaving on one of the ferries, start your trip here! Also, if you're returning on the ferry, it's a great way to end your trip. Great atmosphere.
Cape Cod dinning the way we grew up right here on Cape Cod! Busy room full of history, cheers and laughter made for a perfect dinner setting. I had the broiled seafood platter and I must say...The scallops were the most perfectly cooked scallops I have ever had. Lobster bisque was amazing and the toasted bread was the icing! Finish off with summer berry cobbler Ala mode, very good cup of Java and I sat back with a smile! The seafood newberg was equally as tasty! Wrap that up with stellar service and count me in for many returns!
This place is great , great food fresh fish, the bar pours good drinks!!!
The atmosphere is wonderful! You can get some wonderful pictures of the boats too. Come and see for yourself!!!
Love this place, so accomadating, always have a window seat, right on the water, food is always excellent, been going for 25 years before we take the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard
The service was great and fast. The food was delicious! Loved happy hour fish bites, yum!!
The service was great, and the food was delicious. Fried Onion rings were the best! I had the fried Scallops.. tons of them and delicious. Definitely going back...
I love the return of the chicken francais and chicken pesto. Excellent dishes. The drinks and the service were great. Jimmy Estes was the ultimate host as always. It’s so wonderful to be able to return year after year and Contine to have great family memories.
Fabulous food. Fabulous service. Fabulous view. There was nothing to dislike.
We had a delicious dinner on sept 3rd. This was our first visit and we will be back. The interior has a genuine nautical feel with many genuine harpoons, whale vertebrae and buoys of course hanging from the ceiling. The lighting is low which adds to the atmosphere. We had a nice salad, other appetizers, good soup, nice lobster and scrod. This is the oldest (1946) family owned restaurant on the cape. You really need to try it. Nice !
Ate outside in the sun by the Vineyard Sound enjoying the Fresh steamers,Fish and Chips, Kale salad followed by the seasonally scrumptious pumpkin cheesecake and expresso Martini served by the best server/ bartender,Josh. Thanks to The Estes family for such high quality food and service
It was a beautiful day to be in Woods Hole. Lovely decorated restaurant with awesome service. We met the co-owner Katy, who was very pleasant. I wish the hollandaise sauce was homemade.
We had drinks only. You can take your drink to the sitting area near the water. There are about 6 seats. I had my first Mudslide. It was yummy. :)
This family run jewel of Falmouth shouldn't be missed when visiting the Cape. The professional service, delicious food, and really special ambiance on the water with large, open windows made for a wonderful family dinner for us. Highly recommend!
First time here for a company dinner. First, the ambiance is so fun and beautiful. You have to read the back of the menu for the backstory of this remarkable place.
Parking can be tricky if its busy but there's a small lot accross the street we were able to use on a Thursday night.
Our waiter was amazing and handled our large party easily. Everyone got their drinks and orders in a timely fashion, and the food was wonderful. We all had a great time and kept commenting on how good the service was. I'm only sorry I didn't get more photos as we were so busy talking and enjoying ourselves, which is totally okay with me.
I would highly recommend stopping here for dinner if ever you're in town. I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm on the East Coast.
The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. We ordered the seafood newburg and broiled seafood platter, both came with salads and delicious garlic bread. The portions were generous. We plan to come back.
Good food and what a fun place. The lobster sauce with the cod made the dish. And the kale salad was excellent.
Great seafood restaurant on harbor in Woods Hole. Saw a few ferries leaving and beautiful sunset! Fantastic food and drinks along with the best service 🎯👍
Best bar in Woods Hole, drive up boat docking, iconic dark and stormy's, and the greyhounds are fresh squeezed. Live music and incredible historical decor. The building is made from the planks and beams that washed up on the shore! Super friendly staff and the food is delicious.
Great tasting food friendly staff Jasmine was very pleasant and patient with our very large group. The bartender was so nice and the view of the water is beautiful... A+
Phenomenal restaurant. I had the raw oysters, two different cocktails, and the swordfish landfall style. Everything was amazing.
Our waitress was incredible! The atmosphere was so fun! The food was delicious!
Nice and cozy environment, friendly staff and tasty food. We tried oysters, clam chowder, swordfish, lobster roll and coconut margarita and aperol spritz for drinks. Everything tasted really good, 4-5 stars for each meal!
Great lunch experience. Had the Caprese Ciabatta with sweet potato fries. All fresh and full of great flavor. Sat by the seaside with ocean breezes cooling us. At first we were away from the seaside and it was noticeably warmer with less moving air.
Lobster bisque was very good. Lobster roll was good too... only recommendation would be a larger bun! Plenty of lobster just over flowing over the tiny bun. Great views of the harbor and watch ferries come and go.
Delicious food. Ordered fish and chips - nice and flaky. Went nextdoor to the associated ice cream shop for dessert and felt very satisfied.
Unfortunately we went to Landfall in the rain and we had to eat outside, but the waiting staff was very accommodating and hardworking, running though the rain to serve us.
Great atmosphere, great people.
Excellent seafood. The fried foods were very light tasting. The oil that they used was fresh. Love the berry cobbler dessert that was highly recommended by our server. Very casual environment for lunch with full water views. We were a party of 14 served by a single server, Silas. His service was impeccable, very attentive, polite and courteous.
Good food and a large menu of mixed drinks to choose from. Entrees come with salad and the most delicious garlic bread. The painkiller was delicious. Fresh seafood and great attentive service. Would definitely come back. Get dessert! Definitely worth it!
