This Bostin Market is located in the Tower Square shopping center. There is seating available, and the food is portioned out in front of you.
Pictured is a quarter chicken meal (with an extra bit of chicken)... note you will get some breast and one wing in the meal, or dark meat
Food was very good. Only the creamed Spinach was not as good as it looked. The ladies who were working when we came over were friendly and very helpful.
The only thing I found strange & funny is I thought I was walking into an empty restaurant 😅 because the employee camouflaged into the background.
The young man that works at this location. Has ALWAYS been very helpful and polite. He makes the dining experience very pleasant. I travel from Downtown Brooklyn to this location. Mainly because of him. And I have watched him with other patrons and he gives them the same service. THANK You Tyquan it's always a pleasure when I come to the location. I have been to the other Boston Market locations and your service is the best
This Boston Market is clean and well kept. Very friend staff. Boston Market food can be hit or miss but their new chicken flavors are a huge hit. I hope they keep them long term. I'm not a fan of their meatloaf. Need more seasoning and bigger portions. Some of their sides are hit and miss like their sweet potatoes can be way too sweet. I wish that they made their sides fresh on site. Quality feels no better than frozen vegetables you'll find in a supermarkets
For a fast food place, this Boston Market is really nice! I go here about once a month when i do my Costco run (which is right across the street) and I have to say that the service is pretty consistent here. The staff is friendly and the food is good, what more can you ask for? i'm always looking to try something new there and they always give me some good suggestions. So far everything has been awesome. Gotta give a shout out for their sweet potatoes, they're the best! for the most part the place is clean no complaints there. It took me a while to write a review because I like to make sure that my review will be accurate so I've been here numerous times before finally reviewing but the 5 stars are definitely deserved here.
Nice spot. Typical Boston Market, they have a clean location good amount of seats, from 2 to 4 seated tables. They have new staff but are very nice and respectful. It gets a little crowded sometimes but for the most part it's a good spot to go and get lunch if your on break from lunch. It's located in a shopping center, so they have free parking and they have a restroom for guests. I've been to other Boston Markets and it seems like the food sits there for a while but here it looks fresh all the time and if you ask them for well done food they have it available. Gave it 5 stars because of the cleanliness and I've never gotten sick from them =)
I am currently in this location and I can honestly say, the 3 woman in front are very friendly. We ask for rice but explain why they didn't have any. I would say they are very patient and professional. Very friendly staff and good food. A++

Always a good experience here. The place is clean, the crew is consistently solid, and I've never had any issues with long wait times or using promotion codes.
Always fresh food everytime I visit and the maintain a very clean atmosphere. Thumbs up to workers with great attitude. Nothing more pleasant than being treated warmly after all we need that like food.
Was just in there picking up and online order and the staff handled an angry irate customer demanding to swap his corn bread for a full loaf of bread like a pro. Hispanic guy with glasses and a baseball cap totally kept his cool didn't catch his name but he was staying very calm in the face of an angry grumpy old man who was yelling that it was never a problem to switch the corn bread for a full loaf. Very good staff at this place. Will be ordering again.
