My husband, kids and I were just here today to get a snack and some coffee, Close to closing time. Usually, anywhere you go, close to closing time, someone is trying to rush you out of the building or not so friendly... Not the case here. The girl behind the counter, name tag said Cynthia I believe, was very pleasant and helpful, very patient as well. Great experience and customer service. Thank you for that. Keep up the great work!! This place was very clean, too.
Great place, great service. I’ve had issues with my rewards and they’ve made it up to me by giving me something free or just refunding. Everyone is always friendly. Plus, they know how to get my iced coffee just perfect!
Has to wait for the lattes in our group. But coffee was good!
I always stop here on my annual cycle trip to Maine. The place is clean, neat with friendly staff.
Free wi-fi is available , very helpful as cell service is spotty.
New person at register. Trainer answered his questions quickly, showed him some new things and explained charges. My order was still quickly prepared and delivered to me with a smile. Love to see good training.
We go to this Dunkin Donuts quite often and every single time we go the service is absolutely amazing. The employees are really nice and respectful, they’re even short staffed right now and are still extremely nice and provide amazing service. The food is consistently good and always brought out within a good amount of time.

This Dunkin Donuts seems to be busy all the time. The staff does there best to help customers, yet I feel that a better system could be used. Perhaps with some organization they could have some of the staff taking orders at the counter and drive up window, while others make the drinks and food orders. I'm sure that this company can train the staff to work more efficiently, making there jobs easier, and cutting down the amount of time that customers must stand in line.
Otherwise, the donuts and coffee are great!
Easy in ordering or drive threw. Fresh eats and hot and cold drinks!!! Just wish the Bavarian cream donuts actually had a full center of cream. One to two bites at best. Blueberry cake donuts are out of this world!!!
It's crossed over. There were so many dunkins on the east coast. I embrace it now. The cold brew is so good.
Clean and staff was great. They still had a great selection of donuts at 6pm
I love this Dunkin, I am a regular. The staff try to remember your name and order...It's like Cheers without the beers! Sometimes it feels like family. <3
