I love that they offer karaoke on Saturday nights. Unfortunately you can’t hear neither the music nor the singers on karaoke nights. When presented with the audio issues, the KJ blamed the singers for not projecting enough despite it being an issue with every singer and her not being willing to go listen herself. This would have been a fun place if not for a KJ who clearly didn’t care about anyone but herself.

We didn't eat anything. Just had drinks and sang karaoke. 6 of us went. Fun time. Only complaint is that it is a small place and it was very hot. Good service and fun time

Great place. Peter puts so much effort into each and every drink. You can order a water and walk away with a fruit salad's worth of garnish.

Had a blast at Cafe Nero. The drinks are nicely prepared by the owner. The karaoke crowd was lively and fun. We went on a Friday night with a small group of people and really enjoyed ourselves. The DJ was very nice. Some folks say to try the Feta Fries. We did not order any food, but it was also late so the kitchen might have been closed. We’ll be back soon!

An excellent place to visit. The drinks are great and below average in price. The karaoke was fun and the crowd is very encouraging. The owner/bartender is extremely nice and friendly and also cooks FREE food on sundays if you are buying drinks. Absolutely will be coming back again!

I can't believe how amazing this place was. The drinks are so fresh they make you think you're on a tropical island, not in the middle of Worcester! All the ingredients were so fresh (peach, blackberry, raspberry, pineapple, watermelon). The prices were very reasonable-- $9 for a 20oz mojito. Also, the manager/bartender was SO nice and down to earth. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

I came in sat down with friends, the guy behind the bar was asking people at the bar for their ID’s and I’m having a conversation with my friends and I hear him talking to us so I look over (he’s still behind the bar across the room from us) and he asks for our ID’s to I handed him mine and he asked why I didn’t give it to him the first time and I said I didn’t hear him and I’m sorry. He then said “oh you choose not to hear me” and then kicked us all out.

If you don't drink alcohol, you can't sing here. We were denied the opportunity to sing by the owner because we were drinking water. I was very unhappy. I don't drink alcohol but I love kareoke.

Cafe neo gives off at first step into the door a small family owned bar... They promote karaeoke daily, but my husband and I went in... It being my only day off work, and his first day off base (my husband is a Marine and has served 8 consecutive years) and we were not told we were REQUIRED to drink, the bouncer knowing I was 5 months pregnant with my son, sat down to enjoy karaeoke and I began to pick out my first song choice. An older bartender, bald and utterly rude, looked at us and asked if he could get us anything to drink. He glared at me when I spoke, I am Russian and moved here 3 years ago... And my husband has a lisp... And he proceeded to tell us we could not stay, and we had to leave now. My husband asked him what the price of a beer was, stating that we did not want to leave, and that he was a US MARINE, and the guy simply replied we were to leave or he would call the Worcester police. We were outraged, and saddened by this. My husband fights every day and has for 8 loyal years, and I moved here from Russia because it was a better country than my own. Yet, we were asked to leave because we were not told about a drink minimum? I would not ever return to Cafe Neo, not would I dream of telling anyone else about it.
