Good service. At times, the orders could come out faster, but they always keep things movin’.
A few weeks ago I came by for a coffee and I was assisted by a lovely worker named Hazel. She was respectful and understanding because I was never a coffee drinker and she suggested many good things and I am very please with her service . This store can learn a lot from her :)
Fantastic!! I called the Dunkin at St. Vincent's Hospital and spoke to a wonderful employee - Christina. We couldn't go into the hospital or see my mother there. I wanted to send boxes of Joe up to the nurses station on the floor where my mother is a patient. Christina helped me work out all of the logistics of making this happen! I ordered and paid on the app and she watched for my order and had everything ready to go when someone came to deliver them up to the floor. She went above and beyond to be kind and helpful!
