First time at this IHOP in two years since Covid hit and it was horrible. Silverware was dirty and and the place was filthy. Dirty tables everywhere and the bus boy was coughing everywhere while not wearing a mask. I asked him to wear a mask and they finally sent him home. Won’t be going back anytim

Took 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered (2water, 2 coffees& 2 chocolate milks) then 10 minutes more to get them.
Finally got all our food ( another 20 minutes for the cold food) and it was ALL COLD!

Went in with family of 9. 2 people ahead of us and we waited for 10 min and didn't see 1 employee in the building. Went and peeked into the kitchen. Nobody there!!!!! No manager. No cook. No waitstaff. 2 tables in the building occupied and they were waiting for waitstaff. What happened? You guys
Not too bad. Semi quiet and nice area in the shopping center. Glassware was a little dirty and the wait times were long but the food was great. Our waiter did a phenomenal job.
