The atmosphere in the establishment is perfect for the restaurant, with purple or black to suit the brand. The employees or service, though, are kind of bad, as sometimes they can mess up your order or completely ruin it. The food, though, is just the same to me; it's just a little plain, not a lot.
I was offered a drink for free for waiting so long in the dine in area. I wasn't even there 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and did a great job!

This location just opened back up after being rebuilt following a fire last January. I was impressed with the accuracy of my order considering their staff is probably all new and just finished training. They had my order waiting on the counter when I walked in, didn't miss anything, and didn't skimp
I just encountered Alexis at breakfast -and she should legit be in TB commercials. I had a confusing order/unsure how to use the app, but she was so friendly and had the most beautiful smile. Thanks for the great food and making my morning brighter!

These homies are always doing their best. Tonight, they were backed up bad, but with only 4 people working, were handling tons of large orders. Being patient is a small price to pay for a place this busy. Just hoping people respect those in this industry. It's hard out here!
