Service was a little slow to begin with. We sat for about 20 minutes with no waitstaff or drinks in sight. Once Jasmine came over, she did a fantastic job and saved the night for us. The price was a little higher than we usually spend on a Thursday night, but the value and quality of the meal was well worth the price. Kudos to this Red lobster.
I usually have no problems here but last time my food was terrible. My daughter ordered the same thing and hers was great. Our wonderful server, who didn't bring the food out to us, took it back and had my food remade. It was great the second time though. Everyone else's food was on point!!!
The food was great. The waitress was personable, speedy and kept up with everything very well. The hostesses were also personable. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was nice.
I love this restaurant, Ultimate Feast is my favorite dish, 99% of the time the service has been very good, the servers are friendly and patient. Fortunately they have a place in the Berks area where lobster and shrimp are their specialty.

Loved their Admiral's Platter. Has a little bit of each of my seafood favorites combined together. Almost too much to eat in one sitting, but makes a great occasional treat!
