Must visit for the vibes and the atmosphere. It's an old train station which has been converted to a coffe house. Multiple seating areas which can be used as per your mood. Antique furnitures and decor.

Such a beautiful cafe in Yakima county, they had so many nice options for coffee, but what really made this place special was the different kinds of tea they had - jars upon jars of tea leaves. We got a pumpkin spice latte and blueberry tea, both heavenly delicious. The server was very nice as well. The interiors of the cafe were huge with antique decor, chandeliers and plush sofas, the ceilings were so high, Its rare to see such architecture for a cafe. You can also rent a room for group study sessions for $10 an hour. There were many students there working and studying. I would definitely recommend.

I had a blended ice coffee that was very good. There is a lot of room inside here. Good place to meet with people same enjoy the historic architecture.

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but this is a cool spot! Located in an old train station, this is one of the best places in town to meet and get a drink. Fortunately, they have lots of great non-coffee drinks! On this particular trip, I opted for the soda stream soda. They had a bunch of different flavors. Others in my group got coffee drinks and were all very happy. North Town Coffeehouse is a great place. There are a ton of tables and comfy chairs that you can sit at! Groups of all sizes can find a comfortable setting here!

What a cool building! Huge, warm, welcoming converted train depot. Many delicious snacks and meals for vegetarians and GF. (Well, the yummy Perfect Bar, anyway) Big squashy chairs and set up for singles who need to work or small groups. I got a large shot in the dark with steamed soy. Awesome.

Coffee is yummy, I personally go for the space and vibe. Vibe has been murdered. I wouldn't suggest hanging out here, unless you're lookin' to be told every four minutes that "you're listening to RoyaltyFreeMusic.com" or that "you now have the right to play music in your business, office or restaurant without paying the high monthly fees charged by BMI and ASCAP" I know a lot of creatives and students go here to hone in on work, don't forget something to put in your ears lest you get disrespect'.

I don't drink coffee but this coffee shop is must visit. Used to be a train station back then ( I believe in 1889) and now a cool original design of old American interior. I had homemade pistachio gelato and coconut. It was sooooo good.
PS. You can see the train pass the building of you spend enough time there
PSS. They ask you to flush twice of the toilet but you have to check it out why ;)

Hosted my mother's surprise birthday in the Sunroom, and it was a magical setting! The staff was so helpful. Due to their regular walk-in guests, our drink service struggled a bit. Which sucked since you're not allowed to bring outside drinks in. But other than that, it was great! The boys helped us tear down too. They were fantastic!

Had my daughter's baby shower there. Rented room for 2 hours. Paid for coffee and punch when we booked it, yet nothing was set up. Took forever to get them to acknowledge and accommodate us. Was almost an hour before we had what was promised (the punch was delicious, by the way).
Parking is a nightmare, especially when you have to pack gifts in and out.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

North Town Coffehouse is the most beautiful coffee shop in town. It has a home like feel as well as luxury offering fantastic coffee in elegance of the hostoric Train station dripping with old world charms. It's a must go to in Yakima!

I had a great experience hosting my sister's baby shower in the Sun Room! Alfonzo was SO helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Guests were asked to arrive early to grab coffee, and service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

We went here because we heard it's the best coffee. Beautiful place, good coffee..., the barista was awful. Not friendly, seemed rushed and anxious. Maybe a bad day for him... But shouldn't pass it on to customers. Gave us lukewarm coffee that was today's brew. When we complained it was not hot... He put it in the microwave! Really?
Hope the next barista we see is better than this one!

It was my first tip to the shop and went to the drive thru. As the only car I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my two drinks. The barista must have forgotten us because 10 min later she came to collect money, then thinking my drinks would be right out we waited another 10 minutes. We rang the bell and asked for my money back and the barista refused to do so claiming we could come inside and she could give us gift cards. When we finally received our drinks they were wrong, and we again had to wait for new ones. When she brought the right drinks I had to request my change back. This woman was rude and appeared to not like her job. I will never be coming back. And I hope to hear from the owner personally. #badservice
